my bi and tri yesterday was sweet

went as follows

~Biceps
standing ez curl bar curls -5 sets
concentration curls -4 sets
hammer curls -4sets
low cable curls -3 sets

~triceps
v-bar pushdowns 4-sets
reverse grip pushdowns (straight bar) -4sets
close grip bench (on smith machine) 3-sets
dips.................3 non gangsta sets

i tend to loose a little on cycle so rather than freek out seeing longer hairs all over,the shaved head you really cant tell....dude everyone loved it!

Trip, I see on np that the dose is 400mg/day and your taking a gram a day. Is the 400mg just a low dose or are you taking a high dose? Thanks.

1gram/day is estimated to convert to approx 630mg of eq/week.
a fairly common dose for most cycles.

of course trip is much more bananas and has to add in an additional 300mg of injectable.
