in regards to the avvy, yeah i had it taken down which was definitly the right call from jay, he's a fair man and i went a little too far for a laugh on that one but it was all in good fun, PA is a little tightly wrapped and times, he did complain about it :lol:

I have to agree with you there. I think it just kind of lacks teh sexy.
 
What kind of dosing do you guys use with GMS? I'm thinking of stacking it with some bulk dicreatine malate and beta alanine which I'll be dosing at 2gms pre and post workout each.

I have been taking three grams pre workout so that I can stretch the 100 gram jar out as far as it will go. I like dicreatine malate and Taurine with it. For even more bang for your buck get some WMS (waxy maize starch) and take that as well. Whatever you add to GMS, it seems to make stay in your blood stream longer. Good stuff.

wow i dont know why i missed this thread. Alot of good reviews. i Got here cause i was looking for info on GMS i see that hyde made a review on it. DUde how do you take it. i chew it then swallow. i have tried taking it on a shot glass it kind of gets stuck all over my mouth. it kind of reminds me when i was on kindergarden and i used to chew on crayons. i used it like for a week then i changed my supplement regimen thats why i stoped taking it sinces i took out the creatine from my current supps. its going to get back in a few months.
