  18. i agree, delts and shoulders are your strong point-that is why i keep bugging you to work on arms. got to keep that symetry thing going-not that your arms are puny, just they look small in comparison. glad to see the 1/4 gain-that's a start.

    T i think i'm getting close to 17.5 mang!! haha if i can hit a solid 17.5 and or 17.75 b4 my show that would be a .75inches gain on a cutting cycle haha!! UNHEARD OF!! haha. . i think 18 will be my majic number though for my next show. . . 18.5. . .dam thats nice!!

    if you think the pump is 10/10 now just wait until youve been taking the ArA for a full weeks time, it just keeps building up and you even get the pumps a few weeks after discontinuation as it takes a while to clear from your muscles.

  25. Interested to see how the xfactor works for you. Just wait till week 3 or so when the ArA really kicks in and then holy DOMS! I remember my arms got so pumped during my workouts that it literally hurt and I had to take extended breaks to finish my workouts.
