I took 2 before my workout along side my 2 MMV2. Well Pumps were insane tonight and I think strength was up from last chest workout. I wasn't sweating bad or anything. I'll have to talk to jacob to get this doseing down to a science.

My chest looks like a road map Weight after workout was 190.0 but thats after 1.5 gallons and 4 meals. Im def looking for ward to 2maros morning workout. I'm going to take my last shot of pGH 2nite because sleep has been a little off latley and this should do the trick
