FINAL REVIEW OF TESTOPRO AFTER 90 DAYS
Bench press went from 225x6 to 245x5.
Max bench press went from 250 to 270
Incline bench press went from 185x5 to 205x6
squats went from 275x8 to 315x5
deadlifts went from 345x4 to 365x4
weight at the beginning was 189-190 at approx 11% body fat
weight as of now is 198 at approx 11.5% body fat
Here is the after picture. It is hard to tell a difference, i guess because I am tall and lanky, but there is a solid 8 pounds more then in my first pictures. I'm also wearing the same shorts and same pose haha.
All in all, the numbers speak for themselves. I increased my strength is just about every single lift, and added respectable weight with little if any body fat. Thanks for the opportunity AI. Much respect for Testopro and your customer service in general. If you have any more questions, let me kno!
