The most I have ever pulled was 405 for 2.......I just dont has the grip. I dont use straps. I would progress up to it with low volume.
I was doing 365 for 5 when I was pulling 405 for 2, but i only did 1 set of each.
I usually just bang 315 till I turn purple,do that 3 times .......Then drop to 225and really get nutz for a couple sets. Then Im done with deads.
I havent really done a 5x5 program in a LONG time, so I would say we are getting close to PR's for sure.
Either way, next week I will have to have my A-game on to pull all 25.

For some it crushes hunger, me it just eases it off to where I am satisfied with what I am eating. I could really feel the difference when I got off of it though. It was a bit tough without it.
