What is your BMR? I see your eating at 2500-ish cals. It sounds kind of low, I mean for 8 lbs gained it's not that bad...

In 5 weeks you progressed from benching 187 for 5 times to 205 for 10 times am I right? Also doing weighted chin ups for reps. Thats some dang good progress!

187 for 3 sets of 5. Now able to do 205 for 10 sets of 3... But yeah, I doubled the volume and added 18 lbs... The bench workout for 3x5 would take 10-15 minutes the 10x3 takes about 20 minutes.

What are the most prominent side effects you had in the last 36 days?
Feeling the effects of T shutdown. But since I tapered back to on pill I am fealing different in just one day... I think the bounce back is quick.

In 5 weeks you progressed from benching 187 for 5 times to 205 for 10 times am I right? Also doing weighted chin ups for reps. Thats some dang good progress!
Also tonight warned up all the way to 215 for 1 rep on bench. Then did 3 straight sets of 5 reps at 195. So this really did do something in the strength department.

I will probably not use LGD again and instead use Osta for bridging cycles. Much like you all I really notice is the strength increase, my deads were in the mid 4's for reps and I just did 585 two days ago.

Very nice... Yeah. I am prob done too. The hype was ridiculous... So it def did not live up to hype. Interested to see how this revolution PCT does. Had good reviews.

For me even if it's the placebo effect, I really like knowing I am on something so I would use it again but I get Osta from a better supplier and it's cheaper so... I'll have to look up what's in your pct product. :)

Not noticing major effects of Finaflex revolution PCT. Noticed some improvement in mood on this day. Weight seems to be falling off fairly quickly. Same diet while on lgd that was maintaining weight is now losing me weight... As long as the strength stays up I will be happy. So far that is the case for the most part.

Strength seems to have taken s slight hit: over warm up on bench I was not able to get 225 up. Also the squat was harder and I had to trim some weight off DL.

I'm going to make the most of the cycle. I'm taking more lgd next time, taking it longer next time, lifting the program I am on now, and am also going to take the t booster while on the lgd... And then when I come off lgd, double dose of the t booster.

Maybe try increasing the calories in a clean way, as LGD is often used for a clean bulk/bulk. I would aim for 3300+

I think so... I feel pretty much back to normal. But I can tell you after I upped to 10mg I felt the test was down, and then when I came off the lgd it felt a bit further down. But the revulsion pct is doing well... I prob won't do a serm for this if I do it again.

Do you think the Dermicrine helped a lot? I thought I read you didn't use it to much. Really liked the log thanks a lot it was nice to get some clarification on this product directly.
