Hey, I'm going to record my progress thus far, so a bit of backlogging before we get up to date. I started on December 6th.

Day 1 Stats - 6'2", 205, 12% BF (according to my scale)

Stack - Super LGD - 5mg/day
Ghar1ne - 10mg/day

Staples - Creatine - 10 g/day
Fish oils
BCAA's
Multi V

I am doing High Volume training, super high reps, crazy pumps and nice DOM's.

Day 1 Training - Chest (of course)

Flat DB press - 60 lbs x 20 reps, 70x15, 75x12, 75x12
Incline DB press - 55x19, 55x15, 60x12, 60x12
Super set - Incline DB flies - 30x20, 35x15, 40x15
DB Pullovers - 60x20, 60x15, 65x12
FST 7 - Super Set- Cable Flies - 80x12 x 3 sets, 70x12 x 4 sets
Pushups - 12, 12, 11, 8, 8, 8, 8

Sides: Right nipple irritation, massive headache (back of head, back of neck area) after first set of chins, tough workout with that headache.

Tomorrow, I plan on upping the LGD to 10mg/day, and possibly the Gharine to 20mg/day.
Let me know your thoughts on upping the dosage or waiting until week 4.

I've been reading that too, I upped it today to 10mg, the caps are five each. I'm gonna keep the mk 677 to 10mg until week 5.

How much of a calorie surplus are in?
I haven't increased very much, on average about 200 plus per day. I'm running a CKD, so 6 days keto, 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs. Then I have a carb day once a week. The weekly average works out to about 3200 calories per day, which for me is quite a lot.

I like finishing my workouts this way. It gives a massive pump and I find it challenging, so it keeps me motivated to finish strong at the end of the workout where I would otherwise be spent, bored, or ready to dial it down.

Also, running the LGD at 10mg works way better. I've ran three cycles like that now with awesome results. Just remember the more you take the greater the nutrient partitioning effect so you'll need a touch more surplus to really take bulking advantage.

Nice gains in a few weeks, yah I found when i upped my lgd i ate like a pig for a week then tried lowering the calories the next didn't notice much.....Following week ate like a pig and blew up again.

I got 3 bottles of super lgd lol. I plan on doing a 6 weeks run starting mid January. Plan is 5/5/5/10/10/10. From yalls experience should I just do 10mg all 6 weeks or 5mg for 3 then 10mg for 3. Thanks!

Everyone is different bro, but i'll be starting at 10mg from experience on my last run. Just get tests done and keep on top of things then adjust accordingly, make sure you have your PCT and AI in check and on hand. Good luck.

Yeah I got all it all ready. I've run ostarine a couple times before for at 8 weeks at a pretty high dose with proper pct and support etc. It's just my first time with this compound and I'm trying to just see what people prefer. I feel like if I start at 5, in the end I'll wish I started at 10

Just because your sweet spot may end up being 10, or 15, doesnt mean you are best off dosing at that amount off the bat.

First cycle of a new compound, may be wise to dose 'conservatively' to assess acute reactions ie bp.

I agree on starting slow I bumped to 15mg at the end with no issues, so for me my next run will be 10 and finish with 15.
