I started taking it at 182 I'm now around 187. I feel like my abs look similar... But they have noticeably lost definition. Can really see them, just the over outline of where they are. More concerned with gaining size right now though. And I'm sure there is some water in play here. I'm not taking anti estrogen. I'm considering starting that... I would imagine that would have an impact on the subcutaneous water...

Maybe I missed it but how are you counting your micros? I seen a app for iPhones I might get because I am dieting and still gaining weight but I have a tendency to overeat haha

Just downloaded it and my LGD should be arriving today.

Are you taking any liver supplements? From all my reading LGD shuts you down and will stir your liver values. I get my blood tested about once a month so I am on TUDCA and I have UDCA on the way.

I'm not taking liver protection. But that's me. Also I have not noticed any shutdown. I've noticed increase libido while taking this. But again that's me...

First thank you for introducing me to the app MFP, second why so high in carbs? I am curious and I have my carbs around 100g or less per day, it's hard but I am noticing great results from the change.

There are a lot of studies that show that your body can only process .8 to 1.0 grams per pound of body of protein; for muscle synthesis. As far as fat goes you want to hit your minimum .4 grams per pound... For hormonal reasons... The rest of cals would be carbs...

I was under the impression it's only so much your body can take in per sitting and that's why you should spread your meals up throughout the day.

Having your extra calls from protein sources I feel is a lot better in the long run then getting them from carbs. Anyway I just wanted to ask and talk about it since I know your carbs are high.

I'd say do what works for you. But there a lot of studies on myths of protein needed. Google it. Anything over 1 gram (in non steroid users) is just going to waste.

I meant to add that part in, I would think taking sarms or steroids would help us be able to intake more protein.

Did you read in the article that although even if not all going to your muscles protein still has more benefits/nutrition to other organs compared to carbs.

No. Just that to build muscle you need carbs. And what happens is that you eat all these calories in protein and your body can only use up to 1 gram per pound. So you are taking in calories that can't help you... Instead of taking in carbs that can help you... I'm no expert... If you are having the success you would like stat with it. If not open your mind to different ideas... If you are looking to gain, I would say carbs are very important. From what I've read.

And yes. SARMS prob change that fact... A bit. I'm going to probably dial the carbs back a touch, and increase protein a bit. But not more than 1.25 grams a pound.

Are you finding yourself eating more then usual? I have always had a tendency to over eat and since being on cycle I really have to make myself stop eating so I won't gain too much weight.

I'm curious what's a sample of your diet? I am wondering what are you eating to net that many carbs. I am thinking about eating a whole chicken per day for lunch starting around week three with bulk leucine.

I'm eating when I'm hungry. Trying to keep it around 3200. With about 200 G protein. And make sure that I'm getting enough fat. Then carbs. I don't care about the types. Macro is macro to me.

Noticing some changes in the libido area, noticed a little hair shedding. From what I've read this around the time this possibly begins... Thinking 15mg per day for 4 weeks might be a better option. One more week of 10mg then down to 5mg for the last week.

Was doing German volume training... So not really. But did add 10 pounds to squat and bench for 10 sets of 10. But now I'm starting a different program. 2 days of strength up and lower, then 2 days of muscle growth upper lower. I will begin reporting on these numbers tomorrow.

I got noticeably bigger. More calories plus LGD. Some fat. But def got bigger.

I basically was doing one same thing for about 12 months. I only did the German volume training. That's a 6 week 10x10. Then you go to something else. So now I am doing something else. I've really only done a couple different programs in the last 12 months.

The one was a deadlift program. I wanted to increase my DL max. So I did a 12 week program to do that.

Great log, please keep it going. My Super LGD is arriving tomorrow.

As of day 29 your 8+ lbs up. Very cool. How solid are you feeling? As of now do you think it's good weight?

Do you feel like you needed to increase from 5mgs to 10? I'm planning to stick to 5mg for the 8 weeks.

Are you taking anything in addition with LGD? This is also my first cycle on anything. I also got Iron Cycle - Cycle Support to take during my 8 week cycle. Not sure if needed but didn't think it would hurt. I plan to use Iron Circle -PCT for PCT but not sure if it's enough.

Nothing else. I was recommended by many to Pct with clomid. I feel my T is shutting down a bit around week 4

Hey JM88888,

Any idea on what your body fat was when you started and now? I know you mentioned top 1/3 of abs were showing when you started. Looks like you are currently 8lbs up. I am very interested in knowing how much is muscle vs fat.

I just got my Primeval Super LGD yesterday. Plan to start no later than this Monday.

Hard time measuring with the calipers... I think I was probably between 15% and 20%. Id say the weight was prob half muscle half fat... Nothing great. But my diet was **** the whole. Ice cream, goldfish Graham's, Burger King. Bad. Lol
Everything was going great in fat department until thanksgiving. (Which coincided with end of German volume. I'm thinking the workout was extreme enough metabolically that I was not really putting fat on tip it was over plus thanksgiving. Then I got a little bloat in belly. I'm cleaning up diet and will be doing lean gains style recomp from here. Ended phase 1 of German volume training, and now am doing 10 sets of 3 of upper on Mondays, and lower on Wednesday. Then Friday and Saturday will be upper and lower muscle growth, 5 sets of 10 and 4 sets of 6 for aux. can't wait to see of strength shoots up at the end of this cycle, since I haven't had a chance to really measure that yet. The muscle pumps are amazing on 10x10 GVT + the LGD.
