I had a question how do you get 5mg or s-drol I've never seen it in anything but 10mg. Thanks
They are in capsule form, so you pull it apart and dump half of it out, and the push the capsule back together. This question is ironic because I am planning on running my second cycle of SD at 5mg for the first week and then 10 mg for the next two weeks. My blood pressure went up too high too fast last time I ran 10mg the first week and then I upped it to 20 mg. My body can't handle more than 10mg.

ok i can see pulling the capsul apart but he also ran it at 2mg 3mg etc it seems like it would be very hard to measure out 2mg from a capsule??

Just use a little weigh scale, or put it on a dark surface and split the pill in a thir, etc... doesnt have to be exact... evens out over the days

The main point i was trying to test is taking small amounts, to harm the liver less. And i got fantastic results. I will never take 10mg of SD or more, and we will see how my blood reslts after my cycle turn out.

Man oh man!! I am gonna blow this one up! I am gonna hit 250 before Day 28 even maybe!! Day 35... who knows!!

Calves, Abs, and Forearms

Tried something new today for calves and forearms... just killed them. Absolutly, until i could not even stand. Usually, do 6-8 reps heavy, today i did 20-30 reps then lowered the weight, then did reps on the ground...

Standing Calf Raises: 3 plates a side x 10, x 10
Seated: plates +25 a side x 10, x 10
45 degree: 4 plates a side x 30 x 30 (fast reps)
Standing: 1 set: 200lbs x 10, 175 x 5, 100 x 10, selfs x 10, donkeyself x 10 --> did 2 sets of this

(full extension on all reps)

Forearms barbell curl: 90 x 20, x 10, x 10
Reverse barbell curl: 60 x 8
Standing Curl: 65 x 4, 55 x 4 + 40 x 4 + 27.5 x 4

Rope crunch: 150 x 10, 160 x 6
Leg Raise: 50 x 8, 55 x 5

Inch on my waist but i have to add that my abs are way bigger and so is my lower back. I did gain some fat but i am also leaning up a bit now in the latter part of my cycle.

Day 25

This is crazy! My calories are about 6000 and i am leaning out and getting bigger.

To look at my lifts best way is to go look at my first week then to the last week, Bench from 245 to 275, etc.

Chest and Triceps

Flat Bench: 275 x 8, 285 x 6, 300 x 3 (blah!)
Incline DB Press: 105 x 5, x 3, 95 x 4
Decline DB Press: 95 x 4

Lying Extensions: 145 x 8, 155 x 4
Pulldowns: 180 x 6, 170 x 6
Reverse Pulldown: 70 x 8

I definitly got really tired in my bench workout as the numbers show but 275 x 8 has no complaints

Hey Fitzer how are your lbs on your lifts going up? Looks like you are going to hit that 250lb mark.. UP 21lbs so far man your making it hard for me not to jump on my Pmax as soon as it get here this week. LOL

wow.
With many people getting 70 to 80% of gains with only 10mgs of superdrol, 5mgs is not really a micro dose. 15mgs of superdrol is probably full dose for most people.

just an update

-I have started Cissus Rx today at 4 caps a day which will continue into PCT for joint support

-Since Week 2 i have take 100mg DHEA a day

-Since Day 22 i have stopped SD and taken 30mg PP to try it out, i have not noticed any major increase in gains, although i am still steadily gaining but much more tired now all day- sleepy

I want you guys to critique my PCT:

Day 1 & 2:
40mg Nolva, 200mg Clomid
Week1: 20mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid, 300mg DHEA, 1.5g Fenugreek, 25mg Rebound XT
Week 2: 20mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid, 200mg DHEA, 1.5g Fenugreek, 50mg Rebound XT
Week 3: 10mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid, 100mg DHEA, 1g Fenugreek, 50mg Rebound XT
Week 4: 10mg Nolva, 100mg DHEA, 0.5g Fenugreek, 75mg Rebound XT

I don't know how bad the shrinkage is with pheraplex, but I was taking 2g a day of fenugreek for the first two weeks of post-cycle therapy with M-TRN, and regretted not taking more

I don't think you need RXT, but I won't go into my in-depth spiel why, save to say you don't need an AI in an already estrogen depleted environment.

Alright, i will go 3g on Fenugreek, thanks!

Any thoughts on maybe adding in MTST/MTRN, dropping to 20mg PP for week 4 then 10mg for week 5 with the TST/TRN in there... any thoughts, just to be safer on lipids

If u r adding in the mtst/trn how much longer r u going to extend the cycle, I would think there would be no use in adding these in unless u r going another four weeks, which would be some serious suppression........

It is time to save your gains and your body, not time to get crazy. Maybe run 20mg of PP until you hit 250 or so. I recommend you do not go above 50 mg of Rebound RXT (ATD). Unnessary and kills libido. Maybe add a little ActivTE for fun.

It is bad when I'm the voice of reason, but ok. You should taper into your PCT, don't slam your estrogen down. You should start while you are still on PP. Start tomorrow with 10mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid, 300mg DHEA. Go 3 days like that to let your testosterone (and estrogen) come up. Then 3 days of 20mg Nolva, 75mg Clomid, 300mg DHEA. Then three days adding 25 mg Rebound RXT. In three days go to 100mg Clomid. Drop the PP before you get to 5 weeks on 10 or 20 mg (no 30mg your body does like it)! Your body takes 3 to 4 days to catch up.

Day 27

Today was just a horrible, horrible day in the life of Fritzer. In the gym, actually surprised i even went, i didnt try for the first time this cycle or almost ever.

Barbell Lunge: 135 x 6, 185 x 5

Anyway, the faster this day comes to an end the better. I am off to bed. Still i guess 405 x 10 for not even trying and not going near failure is still pretty good.

Oh thanks again werewolf i will heed your advice as usual. That plan will commence tomorrow, howver i did take 200mg DHEA and 20mg NOLVA today.

I hope life gets better quickly. Bad days happen, but hopefully not often. Hang in there and try to find the rainbow.

Your body has been good to you (+23lbs) so it time to be good to your body. Treat it the best you can over the next couple of weeks. 20 minutes of sunshine on the lower back twice a week is worth 15% increase in Testosterone. I hope the only reason you are feeling bad is going up to 30 mg again. i might want to look at link below for your break time after this cycle.

Ok, I going to play your conscience one more time and remind you when you started that you wanted nice safe cycle. You have totally crushed your goals for adding muscle. Congradulations!

The bad news is time for exit stradegy before you get sick. That is last thing you want at this time. Plenty of rest and good food. It is time to give your liver a break. I think 15 mg for a couple of days, 10mg for 3 or 4 days and then out. Continuing to ramp up your PCT as you are ramping down the Pher-Plex to maximize the gains you keep. Time to cash in those great gains.

And again congradulations!

Needless to say the barfing and sickness did not help gains. However, i look cut like crazy.

Today is an offday

Today starts my 10mg PP a day until Day 35 then cycle is done and out. 10mgPP a day and starting Clomid/Nolva. The dosing is at 9am.

The weight loss was mostly fat as i am looking crazy good. I didn't think i would ever be getting this cut at 248lbs. If i can go down to 240lbs woa!

Trying to cut right now is not a good idea. Try to eat well, but not exessively. Remember you are still growing muscle at 10mg. Treat your body as best as possible. You are going cut some just from lowering estrogen and losing a little methyl bloat.

Are you prepared for the acne in about 10 days as testosterone hits about 150%?

Ok Ok obviously now i am on 10mg a day for tomorrow still, then 5mg for three days, the taper to 2mg for three days. Clomid/Nolva has commenced to get going again.

Side Effects


None at all. Itchy Scalp sometimes, but that is a driect result, i believe, immediatly after ingestion the same way GABA does. At 30mg i felt very tired and did not make better gains. 15-20mg is the sweet spot.

There was some mild fat gain which i later reduced not by cutting but by just eating a little less. I was over 7000 calories a day easy. I am a BIG eater.

The Feeling


I did not feel any different. I was studying lots and my mind felt the same. No more agression or anything. Just gains.

Veinage was normal, nothing at all to report. Just muscle gain.

On superdrol the strength was insane, i could do whatever i put on the bar. Pheraplex is good for strength but does not compare to superdrol in that area.

I think the mix is A+ and gives the best of both worlds, and minimal dosing gives minimal sides.
