I really like 5 sets ... I like doing 20/10/5/5/3/(MAX eow) that gives me an awesome pump plus good tears with the heavy weights!Yeh I get more satisfaction out of high Rep + high sets. I go for 12x5sets. Sick pumps, I like to feel like I pushed my body to the limit
I feel this is my worst log yet... But with school, military training, family, moving, etc...I guess I have some excuse for poor performance...Damn good updates brother!!!

Damn good update for sure. Love the fat smack energy. I'm down to my last cap and am about to pop it on my way to work. Sad moment!Weight still at 177. Looking pretty lean compared to where I was.
Still heating up throughout the day and in the gym. Really feeling the effects of the AT2 and FatSmack. They make a pretty good fat burning combo.
Today I was sitting in class and I realized I was zoning out. The XR effects of FatSmack really give you a sustained energy throughout the day.
Early morning PT at 6am. We will see how it goes. Ate a lot of carbs today for the first time on these supps. Little bloating occurred but I've also drank a ton of water today too. Not too concerned but at least I know how I respond to carbs.
My diet has been fairly poor for a cut but these supps are still working. That just proves they are effective and worth buying. Anyone thinking about a good cut should look into AT2 and FatSmack. If you want a good recomp throw some Anabeta and adjust your diet accordingly and I can almost guarantee you will see results you like. I've gotten compliments from various people that I look like I'm leaning out a lot...and that's without much cardio and a semi poor diet ...
I can't wait to run this stack when I have my diet back in check and can really see the results I know they are capable of. It's just really hard right now because I'm trying to adjust to a new lifestyle (full time military to full time student) and we are staying at my Dad's until we find a place. Once we get our own place, my own cardio room
set up and I start training for spec ops, I will really be in the shape of my life.

When I'm 50+ I wanna look bad ass like Sylvester Stalone... That dude's forearms were massive.Good movie! Loved the arsenal they used.
You could definitely tell his arms were some what deflated though IMO. Was strange, then again I just watched comeback this morning the documentary following Arnold in 1980 and it seems he didn't look as huge as I thought he was. Don't get me wrong he looked great! T2 heats me up and has really improved the effects of the FatSmack... Along with an increased cardio regimen you will notice that you sweat more in the gym. I like that neither supp has made my heart race or anything. I'd recommend it...especially at $20... Just keep in mind that it's a supplement. It will help you cut but most of it is in your diet and cardio... I really learned that on this cutting cycle. I've never cut before. This was a learning experience. It will be a recomp probably because I'm still going to be training for this SpecOps ALO job which means I will still be running fasted twice a week at 6am, swimming upwards of 2 miles a week (.5 miles EOD until I can work my way up to 1mile EOD) and some other calisthenics...Drizzie sdrol and androhard will be awesome! U used sdrol to recomp last cycle and I'm having so much trouble getting to that state natty. I had a lot of fun when using sdrol for recomp rather then bulk. Just my 2cents, sh1t will bring out muscles you don't know you have!

You saying I have a small back? Lol I lost a lot of size from being too busy. I do my lat pull downs forward and backward 5 sets each. Sometimes I vary the forwards up with wide grip behind the neck pulls too. Really fills the lats w blood.Just a piece of advice,if u are not doing it now,sit the opposite direc on the lat pulldown machine when doing behind the neck..Way better range of motion and can really feel it.
Also imo go fairly light,u want to feel what u are doing,so keep ur form spot on
