Yeh I get more satisfaction out of high Rep + high sets. I go for 12x5sets. Sick pumps, I like to feel like I pushed my body to the limit
I really like 5 sets ... I like doing 20/10/5/5/3/(MAX eow) that gives me an awesome pump plus good tears with the heavy weights!

Weight still at 177. Looking pretty lean compared to where I was.

Still heating up throughout the day and in the gym. Really feeling the effects of the AT2 and FatSmack. They make a pretty good fat burning combo.

Today I was sitting in class and I realized I was zoning out. The XR effects of FatSmack really give you a sustained energy throughout the day.

Early morning PT at 6am. We will see how it goes. Ate a lot of carbs today for the first time on these supps. Little bloating occurred but I've also drank a ton of water today too. Not too concerned but at least I know how I respond to carbs.

My diet has been fairly poor for a cut but these supps are still working. That just proves they are effective and worth buying. Anyone thinking about a good cut should look into AT2 and FatSmack. If you want a good recomp throw some Anabeta and adjust your diet accordingly and I can almost guarantee you will see results you like. I've gotten compliments from various people that I look like I'm leaning out a lot...and that's without much cardio and a semi poor diet ...

I can't wait to run this stack when I have my diet back in check and can really see the results I know they are capable of. It's just really hard right now because I'm trying to adjust to a new lifestyle (full time military to full time student) and we are staying at my Dad's until we find a place. Once we get our own place, my own cardio room
set up and I start training for spec ops, I will really be in the shape of my life.

I feel this is my worst log yet... But with school, military training, family, moving, etc...I guess I have some excuse for poor performance...

Damn good update for sure. Love the fat smack energy. I'm down to my last cap and am about to pop it on my way to work. Sad moment!

Another 400 lb deadlift day... Still haven't pushed myself past this plateu.

Had a guy watch my form today... He said it was off a little bit and gave me some advice... He told me "you have retard strength, you can lift anything you want, huh?" I started laughing...but I guess at 177 lbs pulling 365 twice without stopping and 315 six times then pulling 400...he has a point.

Also did upper back...

5x5x90lbs Heavy Upper Back Machine
5x8x75 lawnmower pulls
5x8x75,75,75,80,80 DB shrugs
3x6x225 BB shrugs (deadlift/shrug/drop)
5x10x? Lat Pull down machine
5x12x? Behind the neck pull downs
5x12x90 Lat Pull over machine (I love that shlt)

Sweating on like set two of deads and my shirt was soaked after I left. I seriously feel like a fat dude when I'm working out because as soon as I do any kind of working set, I start dripping sweat from every pore on my body. I'm not a sweater in the gym when I lift...now I look like I'm working really hard when I'm actually coasting through a workout (...I had an off day, cut me some slack). However, I have stopped resting as much in between sets since I lowered my weights and It really gets me breathing and by the end of the workout, I'm pretty tired.

Also did some Bis today...my bis respond really well to two times a week...one full workout, one small workout to get the blood flowing.
5 sets of seated preacher curls x50+bar 10,8,8,6,6

I guess on paper I did a lot today... but without taking a lot of breaks the workout goes fairly quickly.

So, note to everyone...don't buy cheap straps. This is what happens when you pull 365 off the ground. Luckily my grip held and I didn't drop it.

Just goes to show you that you don't need straps lol! Though when I pulled 365 on a racked dead that sh!t was hard to hold on to, even just for one rep. Sounds like you're doing good man, get leaned up and ready to hit that winter bulk.

Haven't done lawnmower in a minute good way to get a sweat going. 400lb! I think ur going to have to invest in industrial straps from now on.

Cardio day only:

Flutter kicked with paddle board 1/2 mile in the pool. ~30second laps... 15-30 second rest... Repeat. 24 laps.

Ran 4x800 meter relays. Fasted cardio twice a week starting this week.

125x8,8,6 145x6, 165x2 and I failed on 185 again.

Shoulder press (behind the head smith)
125x8,8,6,6

Laterals, front raises, rear raises superset
10lbx8,8,8,8,8 for all three excercises.

5 sets of preacher curls for that friday night Bicep pump.
Crazy good pump going today... My shoulders hurt!

Good diet most of the day today. Except I saw a movie with a buddy and had an icee. I felt like a little kid again--it was amazing.

Dude the manliest movie ever... Expendables 2... I figured out what im going to use in my next PCT... Nolva, Cycle Assist and watch expendables2 daily for natural test booster.

You could definitely tell his arms were some what deflated though IMO. Was strange, then again I just watched comeback this morning the documentary following Arnold in 1980 and it seems he didn't look as huge as I thought he was. Don't get me wrong he looked great! Just not as enormous as I remember him.

E2 was by far one of the funniest movies I've seen in a while!

T2 heats me up and has really improved the effects of the FatSmack... Along with an increased cardio regimen you will notice that you sweat more in the gym. I like that neither supp has made my heart race or anything. I'd recommend it...especially at $20... Just keep in mind that it's a supplement. It will help you cut but most of it is in your diet and cardio... I really learned that on this cutting cycle. I've never cut before. This was a learning experience. I will use AT2 again for sure.

Drizzie sdrol and androhard will be awesome! I used sdrol to recomp last cycle and I'm having so much trouble getting to that state natty. I had a lot of fun when using sdrol for recomp rather then bulk. Just my 2cents, sh1t will bring out muscles you don't know you have!

It will be a recomp probably because I'm still going to be training for this SpecOps ALO job which means I will still be running fasted twice a week at 6am, swimming upwards of 2 miles a week (.5 miles EOD until I can work my way up to 1mile EOD) and some other calisthenics...

Still debating on if I just want to run it at 10mg for six weeks or something like 10/10/10/20/20 and throw the AH in at week 2.

I'm buying phamagrade SERMs... Not messing with these bs RCs... The whole idea is sketchy and after the scare I had with clomid (turned out I took a double dose of black tea extract and started hallucinating) I am a little sketchy. I figured the company would have the MANPOWER to do the RESEARCH on the product they are sending out...

I ate a lot of carbs yesterday. Woke up feeling nauseous so I ate some bread and crackers... But here is a progress pic anyways.

Just a piece of advice,if u are not doing it now,sit the opposite direc on the lat pulldown machine when doing behind the neck..Way better range of motion and can really feel it.
Also imo go fairly light,u want to feel what u are doing,so keep ur form spot on :)

You saying I have a small back? Lol I lost a lot of size from being too busy. I do my lat pull downs forward and backward 5 sets each. Sometimes I vary the forwards up with wide grip behind the neck pulls too. Really fills the lats w blood.

Going to keep swimming twice a week or more and running twice a week to help keep fat in tact. As soon as we get our own place my diet can go back to perfect ... My family doesn't eat the best and we are staying at my Dads right now.

Thanks for the info. Another machine that improves width is the pullover machine. Love that bia.
