same **** here....****ed up my weekend amd today.Thanks guys! They are not big weigths but decent for someone of my size, I think. I avoid going heavy on deadlifts for now though and just focus on bodybuilding! I lifted 440lbs last spring but won't go that heavy anytime soon..
After todays workout I started feel like I have a cold so that may be the reason for poor performance in the gym.. I bought 200 tabs of vit C, 300 tabs of vit D and some multi to kick that cold away from my system! Today and tomorrow I will just eat and rest so that I can be in full swing again as soon as possible!
damn flu, damn cold....
