Had to work out late today since because of work, but that didn't stop me. Threw in my pre workout mixture and some BC/EAA's and hit the weights.

A1. Barbell Curls - 110lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7, 6.
A2. Weighted Dips - BW (200lbs) +45lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 6.
B1. Hammer Curls - 45lb DB's x 10, 10, 10 [on each arm]
B2. Tricep Pushdowns - 80lbs 10, 9, 8

Focus - 9
Energy - 10
Motivation - 10
Mood/Aggression - 9
Libido - 10
Endurance - 10
Strength - 9
Pump and Vascularity - 10

Was a solid workout imo. Felt absolutely great working out! My vascularity is back. It is almost the same as when I was 175 lbs except I'm around 200lbs now :) My weight has gone up again. But I upped the carbs this week so. Will reduce them again next week depending on how I feel..

Todays food intake was ~320g protein, ~250g carbs, ~90g fats -> ~3000kcal.

Day 40:

Today I went for legs and shoulders, the two remaining muscle groups to get punished for the week :) Weekend is my resting days so will keep the two coming days OFF as you all probably know.

A1. Box Squats - 175lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 12.
A2. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts - 175lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 13.
A3. DB Military Press - 35lbs DB's x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 14.
B1. Calf Raises - 110lbs x 10, 6, 8.
B2. Bent Over Laterals - 25lbs x 10, 10, 10.

OK, I thought I was going heavy based on my previous leg day experiences, but apparently not. I will up the erights on all lifts next week since this was way too easy imo. Gotta slap up some more iron on the bar next time :)
The calf raises were strange, my calves got a major cramp when I started the exercise but I pushed through for as long as I could. (Must have gotten a beating from the stiff deads?!).

Anyways a real good workout I think, except I feel guilty for going too light. But hey, can't get it right the first time you start a new program ;)

Day 44:

Went for an all around MMA practice with my friend. Ended up practicing after 2.5hours - plenty of cardio :)
I also signed up for two upcoming fights - one in about a month and the other in about 2 months. Gotta keep practicing harder now for the upcoming moth :thumbsup: (gotta drop my weight with about 6lbs)

Today felt great to be back in the gym. I was totally in the mood to lift some weights. My buddy was a lil late but I started without him. Luckily he arrived just in time as my bench started to fade in the end!

A1. Flat bench - 175lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7.5, 6.5
A2. Bent Over BB Row - 155lbs x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 18.
B1. Flat Flyes - 40lbs DB's x 10, 10, 10.

Well my body seems to have adjusted to the bench rather quickly considering last weeks workout. And even though upping the Bent Over BB Rows by 15lbs they felt light. Gotta up these next time again. Same with the Flat DB Flyes. Upped the weight by 5lbs and they felt lighter than last time.
Still trying to get this training program spot on, this is just my second week on it :) Otherwise it feels great!

Leg day. I used to hate leg days, but nowadays I really enjoy it. I especially like the box squats, don't know why. They just feel comfortable..

At last a day in the gym again. Been waiting to trash my back and chest. Only downside of today was that I had to cut in for work so I had to do my workout in the morning :( But it went OK I guess since I was pretty tired :p

Another morning workout because of this god damn job. Anyways, it felt better than yesterday since I didn't need a spotter for today. Biceps & Triceps baby, trashed to pieces. LoL, I'm having troubles typing atm, my arms are so pumped it is almost painful :D

Didn't feel very motivated at first, but that soon changed when I got the rhytm going :) I think I will have to up the weighted dips with another 10lbs as they felt really light today.
I also noticed my elbows (joints) felt weird. Maybe the ATD is drying them out.. Don't know. Just one more day on the ATD and it is over so not a big deal I think.
I know some people complain ATD kills their libido, but in high doses I guess. Dosing Arom-X at 1/1 split morning/noon along with PCS has my libido going bigtime. No complaints there :p

I was working on my submission wrestling during these two days. 1.5hours of intense cardio during both days and a sh!tload of bruises :D
Also got a minor injury in my shoulder during this time :( Lets just hope it doesnt affect my bench.

Going for 1 rep Max on the bench tomorrow :thumbsup:

I read somewhere that people say they can still "feel it" the 2 first weeks in PCT, don't know exactly how long it stays in your system and can show up on tests.. Only way is to purchase a test and pee on the stick i guess :p

Well I couldn't get anyone to spot my bench today so I will have do wait for tomorrow. Instead I went for the Deadlifts - felt like tearing up some iron :)

Here are the numbers:

Deadlifts: 135lbs x 10, 220 x 6, 310 x 2, 350 x 2, 395 x 1, 420 x 1, 440 x 1.

+ Some light back workout and stretching.

I'm really happy with the results. When I hit 420 which was a PR I was glad, but it felt somewhat "light" so I decided to tear it up bigtime and went for 440 :) This was a small struggle, but it took off nicely from the ground. I thought I was about to pop all my blodvessels in my face cause I was like this :saeek: when ripping it from the ground.

New PR : 440lbs Deadlift!

Tomorrow I will go for the one rep max on the bench. If my soppter doesn't show I will slap him hard :damnit1:

Then I was to the lab and had some bloodwork done, consider it my pre cycle bloodwork for the H-Drol cycle and at the same time my post cycle bloodwork for 1AD/4AD :)

My back was still hurting from yesterdays deadlift record, but I ainät gonna blame it on that. My day sucked today. I was sitting at work for 9hours and after that I got to the gym and warmed up for my 1max on the bench. Well I gotta say I will have to work harder on the bench since I am disappointed in my result. I made 245 bearly!! But I could feel something creaking in my sohulder and my lower back was screaming with DOMS :nervous:

Anyways. I've decided to work on my bench from now on and hopefully hit 295-300 sometime in summer. Don't know if it is realistic but I will try! My PR from many years back when I was 20lbs heavier is 275 so I will definately have to break that ;)

Will go for 1 rep max on the squat today, so stay tuned for the next update :thumbsup:

Day 61:

Well today was box squatting. Felt really motivated when I hit the gym and started warming up! I started slow because I didn't wanna injure anything and when I hit 265 it felt real light. Here is where the PR's started flowing : After 265 for 3reps I hit 285 x 1, 310 x1 and 330 x 1

Thats busting 3new PR's on squat that has been my weakest of all three major lifts. Gotta feel happy about that!! Now I just have to work on upping my bench so it can tag along when moving up in the lifts :)

New PR : 330lbs BoxSquat!

Next week an onwards will be normal workout routine (GVT).

Final review is coming up sometime in the coming days so stay tuned for the bedore / after pictures and overall thoughts.

Effects

Body 9/10 :
I have been sticking to my diet plan pretty tightly, somedays left out some and some days added some more. But pretty much it has stayed the same all the way through. I got a nice effect since I was focusing on cutting, lost a couple of inches around my stomach and gained a couple at the chest area. Very nice effect!

Vascularity 10/10 :
I was not much vascular when I started, but that changed during the cycle. It was slow in the beginning but during PCT it got more pronounced, possibly because of supplementation with AAKG in my pre-workout stack :)

Strength 10/10 :

During the cycle I was focusing on volume training since I tried to cut some fat while maintaining/gaining strength. During PCT I started my GVT Program and my maxes were bigger than ever during last week of PCT :thumbsup:

Pump 8/10 :
Pumps were there all the time but they could have been better, not the mindblowing type of pumps, but nice pumps indeed!

Mood 8/10 :

Aggression got more pronounced day by day. Mostly irritation in the beginning but it started to escalade in the end of the cycle. But it was controllable, though sometimes I did loose my temper on small stuff..

Recovery 9/10 :
Recovery was good the entire way. I did have doms now and then but that never slowed me down. I could push harder in the gym every day.



Sides

Aggression 10/10 :
Aggressions were managable and bearable, easilly channeled to the gym.

Joints 8/10 :

I did not have any issues with my joints except my elbows started feeling dry during PCT, possibly because of the ATD.

Libido 10/10 :
I experienced some ball shrinkage during the cycle. And the ECA did not help my libido either, but it was never a problem really. As soon as I started PCT the boys dropped and were swinging in full motion. ATD & PCS took care of me :)

Gyno 10/10 :

No signs of gyno during the cycle. Nada!

Thoughts

Would I use it again? :
Definately! But at much larger doses to see a more noticable effect. I would go for 3-4ml/day of both maybe.. Gotta try it next time I decide to run this cycle :)

Would I recommend? :
Absolutely! Was not that harsh of a cycle, or at least I did not notice anything major. A lil ball shrinkage never scared anyone :p


Additional info:

I got my bloodwork back also, livervalues and lipids, cholesterol etc. But the Testosterone bloodwork is pretty pricey here in Finland since I have to go to a private clinic to get that done :( Maybe I'll check them after my H-Drol run, can't afford two tests so will have to manage with one ;)
