Day 20:
Today was legs and back. Felt great hitting the weights and I was well motivated. Mid way into my workout my bloodsugarlevels crashed and I felt like I had hit a wall. Blasted the legs a little too hard I guess
I was totally wasted after the BB Rows so I really had to skip the Deads
My chest and shoulders was sore like crazy from yesterdays blasting
Did something good I guess even though I complained it felt like I cheated..

Felt bad because I had to cut back on the deads, but I'll blast them even harder the last week on cycle. Also I switched from the Smith Squats to Box Squats, better pump and more concentrated movement + heavier
Looking forward to next week, too bad it is the last week ON cycle, after that it is time for PCT and push even harder to keep all the gains.
