Depends on what is stopping you from increasing speed on the floor. Besides proper form and pushing through the legs, some exercises like deficient deadlifts. Though maybe it is from a lagging body part as well? Squat wise again form , possible lag, etc... My ham strength seems to be a lot higher than my quads, my *******s are strong as hell on deads, but definitely won't neglect either of those. I need some calf gains for sure!Don't forget them hamstrings and calves

All is well, pretty good day, no complaints. Shoulders are feeling better, so hoping to up my bench stats after 4 weeks.

I actually have run out of MHD not too long ago. It was a good run and put on a solid amount of muscle, also cut some fat.How are you liking the 3-MHD?

My gym doesn't allow me to bring in things so I use a foam thing they have hereYou have a buddy to hold the board (for bench) or do you have that cool bar block?

Yeah I was making sure Im putting it down right because the rack is kind of small and I wasnt sure how much weight it could handle lol. Yeah I couldn't fit the bar properly so I had to push the weights a bit off so it would fit properly.. The bar was supposed to be used on this rack, this rack has a built in bar, but the bultin bar takes away from the movement, so I brought a free bar over and used that instead.Is the bar short? Looks like the stop collars are on the inside of the rack and the weights are several inches from this stop collars.

Not really, recomped was good enough for me. Maybe off added a better test base or osta for joints.Anything you would have done differently?

The present is a present for a reason! ha. It was a smooth cycle, except for joints, but BP was fine and overall health is good. Of course I'd need to get bloods done to check liver, but feels goodI have (4) bottles of 3-MHD not sure when I am going to run them ??

Thanks for the great log! I'm thinking I'll run it in the spring for a recomp. As you suggested, I think I'll run DHEA/Preg and Osta with it and see how it goes! Where did you end up on your dosing?
