Had great pumps today more than norm. Wasn't gonna take 60mg til tomorrow but couldn't wait and had to see of it was different than 50mg...... It's cool.
Drank over a gallon of h20 today no prob.
After standing at work all day I pretty much pumped all night till I ran out of steam. Be sleep'n good.

I totally agree with you man. I wasn't planing on doing bench max, only a warm up but it felt so damn easy I just had to see....That's some good work there bonesy.
Can I suggest that if you're trying to hit 200, which it actually looks like you can, don't do so much volume before trying to hit a lift. Make sure you're good and warmed up then use a few reps at increasing weights to get there. It looks like you could hit 200 on your next chest day.

This log just got kicked into high gear!!started the Msten today. going with 18mgs per day for 3 weeks. plus 1 more week of Tren-stane. allready the Msten is crazy. lethargy on the first day ...lol... im really pumped up just being at work, veins are bulging out alot. been wanting to lift all day long. My damn phone broke so i havent been able to long much latley since i cant use the computer at work.(dick boss) gotta get that phone fixed its got all my before pics on it!

Oh Hyde, my man...thank you so much for your advice. I had a feeling i should be doing a little more since i introduced the Msten. You are most def THE MAN.Msten gave me some pretty legit rebound gyno after my SERM, around wk 5 of PCT. Buddy just had the exact same thing happen right now after DMZ, in wk 5 after cycle. Both are dry compounds that are fairly suppressive, so the logic is when natty test production gets suppressed hard the body tries to equalize so estro follows suit. Obv estro being held down for a period is gonna have it rebound back up out of the hole when natty production of test picks back up, & it's that rebound that'll promote gyno bad.
Nolva is a good idea; I'd say 2 wks after Msten ends unless you feel the need to bring it in earlier. It's dirt cheap & good insurance, & it'll let your estro run free & find its balance in time while protecting your pecs.
As for lethargy...can you add more patches? This would be my first move. Make sure water & liver support are high, as Msten is very toxic & will cause lethargy regardless (it's poison lol). Otherwise low doses of a stim like caffeine, such as coffee or tea throughout the day could help. Complex carbs & b vitamins can help too; Msten supercharges glycogen storage like sdrol & dmz & seems to like more carbs just like they do to compensate.
Sounds like a crazy night. Good luck falling asleep after getting your pump on too lol.After I posted DAY 29 workout I could not go to sleep at all. Slept like 3 hours last night. I got up at about midnight and did about 30 mins of abs along with about 70 V-ups. Then did a s**t load of front and side lat raises.

It's all good . Not as bad as it sounds. More of a sensitive stomach. I just wanted to get in more time at that gym. Alls well really.Yikes sorry to hear about the stomach issues Skinny. Sounds like youre pushing through it. You may need to increase meal frequency so you have manageable portion sizes, or try to keep to lower volume foods to get it all in.
Hope this is just temporary for you, I'm sure someone else with experience with that PH will comment
