Yo... I'm new to this site and I will be following your log once you get going. I am getting ready to start my own cycle on Sunday. I am running x-trenavar solo. I'm trying to cut/ recomp. I debated on the tren/ stane cycle too but decided I'd rather try each individually before stacking. Is that dumb? Should I just grab some epistane too? I already bought two bottles of the tren.
Solo trenavar needs to be dosed relatively high. 120-180mg ed. I'd just get another bottle of tren and run it for six weeks @120-150mg ed

Sixty solo would be a waste. Start at 90 and asses...

Ok!
I started dead lifts again yesterday. Didn't know where to start so I went with half of the weight I hurt my back with. Felt pretty good & making damn sure my back is straight every time. Any ways,seriously thinking about starting my cycle today.
It's burning a hole in my pocket , so to speak;)

thats the worst lol, having gear sitting there staring at you, teasing you lol I can't handle the pressure I have to put it out of sight when I'm off or I probably won't go off lol

Yep , that's it. I've had it sitting out for a couple days now. Its been calling me so, I gave in. Plus some encouragement from Caz. I feel better all ready & gonna kill some Shiz tonight.

Ok first day work out I wanted to kinda feel around to see what my limitations are since the back pull.

BB incline press
(100#x10)(100x10)(125x7)(135x2x2)
Left shoulder was grinding up inside.

Standing BB curl
(60x10)(60x10)(65x10 to fail)

DB curl (25x10) per arm

Traps circle shrugs (30#x12) fwd,(30x12) back
Reg shrugs (25x30)(35x20)

Quads exten. Nothing special with my ACL

The dinner was a whole baby chicken roasted, 2 cup broccoli , 2 bean burritos & large salad no dressing.

Holy crap?? You intermittent fasting or something or only eating 3x/day, or you just have that high a metabolism??
Yesterday I only got 3 meals so I was starved after an evening work out. I've been starving since the first dose of tren-stane. Stomach constantly growling. I'm worried about loosing weight on this blast so I'm for sure grubbing. High metabolism as well ..... If I'm doing something productive.

Day 2 of Tren-stane

For the record my body weight on day 1 was 191#,

I'm taking 4 caps a day this week. No sides do far except I couldn't sleep at all last night. Tren-stane had me feeling wired like on meth or something. A little dizzy today oh yea & irritated quite easily ;)

I got to use a home gym today with some different equipment that I'm not used to. It was great. I'll be going there every Thursday :) that will be my pull day for sure. All the rest of my work is done at home. I'm a home gymer.
Follow up with 1/2 cup cooked brown rice,12.5 oz of caned chicken, 1/2 cup baby Lima beans. Post work out Shake.

When are you taking your caps? You aren't taking any near bed time are you? If so try moving your dosage to earlier in the day.

My last caps of the day are taken before 4pm. I guess that could be a little late in the afternoon. I didn't have a problem with the halo x dosing after 4pm, but ya know..... Different compound.



Anyone , off hand know the half life of Trenstane??

Try magnesium and melatonin before bed. I've seen that knock people out pretty good.

Trenstane = Epi& trenavar.

Epi is like 4-6 hrs, very short. Can't remember where I read that but I'm dosing the bulk of it in the evenings around my workouts, not even taking it til 5 or 6, & can easily pass out at 10, so I'm inclined to believe it based on feel too. A lot of people put it around workouts especially (more than usual, as that's never a bad idea), but if you're running epi solo with no kind of base, you need to be spreading it thru the day to stay anabolic (like ment & trestolone orally).

Trenbolone is famous for disrupting sleep with injectable users, so you're def wanna consume the oral Tvar early enough to let it clear before bedtime like you said.

Cool you two very good info thanks. I'm now taking my caps at 1pm& 3pm & usually hitt'n the weights by 4:30.so I'm sure my sleep will get better.
& damn Hyde , that video was funny as hell lmao. And it sounded pretty true!!!

So the rest of day 3 after that fat a$$ breakfast,I had some cheese head & a chicken salad for lunch & dinner was eaten at 4:30pm. 3 fish tacos with light mayo. Definitely got my h2o worth yesterday. As soon as I was done eating I fell right asleep, miss my work out & woke up at 8am today. So I cought up on the sleep by doing like 14 hours or so :) hopefully I'm adjusted. Nothing else to report .

Poor you!! Lol I got 14 inches of snow and another 4 inches coming later today!!
Yeah sorry bout the snow guys .... Wasn't try'n to be a dick lol. I just look forward to my winter here & I'm gett'n fugged.
