Yeah feels real good this week , must be kicking in more. I'll still go to 60mg each this week & see how I feel. Might bridge msten next week.
You know I did feel lethargic last week but I thought it was cuz I was sick. I forgot that was a side so..... Noted** lethargy on week 3 @ 50mg of Epi & Tren.

I wasn't going to do any pecs today cuz I did em good yesterday & a little on Monday also, but some 24 year old 250 pound troll from work begged me to workout with him tonight & show him some exercises. "He's the kinda guy that just wants to see if he's stronger than or can do more than the next guy."
So I showed him a little bit of what I've been doing &....... he couldn't hang at all. Terrible for a young person. Needless to say I made him look pretty bad.... but really tried to help him.
I benched pressed max with him tonight on the rack & used my new bored weights that I made & just barley failed at 190# :)
So I need to hit 190 then...... Ooooo 200 is so close.
Don't know what my max is again yet but .... TREN-STANE is working good!

Ok.. so I'm definitely getting stronger, new PR again today on bench. I'm definitely getting bigger. My traps were bigger than I've ever seen before ..lol... it was sick.
I think I'm gonna finish my last 9 days of Tren-stane at 50mgs even tho I tried a few days at 60mgs. My reasons are that I just can't sleep good at night on the 60mgs & the night sweats are a little irritating also contributing to the sleeplessness. Also heartburn is more promanant along with upset stomach making it hard to eat. So some tums before bed sometimes. Been eating tho my night time BW before bed has been 206-207.
I'll be log'n tomorrow so safe lifting to everyone!!

Can I suggest that if you're trying to hit 200, which it actually looks like you can, don't do so much volume before trying to hit a lift. Make sure you're good and warmed up then use a few reps at increasing weights to get there. It looks like you could hit 200 on your next chest day.

I totally agree with you man. I wasn't planing on doing bench max, only a warm up but it felt so damn easy I just had to see....

ok ...I have a real question if some one could help me please.
I start the Msten tomorrow and I was wondering if i needed something stronger than the AD-3pct by Lecheek that i have and was going to run.Does anyone think that nolva would be worth taking for me ? I am on TRT but... $hitty patchs.
IM feeling pretty shut down at the moment and still have 3 weeks left. and am looking for the strongest test base also cuz what im doing now aint cutting it for me.

im really pumped up just being at work, veins are bulging out alot. been wanting to lift all day long. My damn phone broke so i havent been able to log much latley since i cant use the computer at work.(dick boss) gotta get that phone fixed its got all my before pics on it!

Gotta put this in the log. Never really had back pumps on halo or the epi/tren but oh $hit, didnt take any taurine at all today and I can say that i do have them now on the Msten,first day.
Glad Ive been stocked up.

Whats the best thing to take for the lethargy?

Msten gave me some pretty legit rebound gyno after my SERM, around wk 5 of PCT. Buddy just had the exact same thing happen right now after DMZ, in wk 5 after cycle. Both are dry compounds that are fairly suppressive, so the logic is when natty test production gets suppressed hard the body tries to equalize so estro follows suit. Obv estro being held down for a period is gonna have it rebound back up out of the hole when natty production of test picks back up, & it's that rebound that'll promote gyno bad.

Nolva is a good idea; I'd say 2 wks after Msten ends unless you feel the need to bring it in earlier. It's dirt cheap & good insurance, & it'll let your estro run free & find its balance in time while protecting your pecs.

As for lethargy...can you add more patches? This would be my first move. Make sure water & liver support are high, as Msten is very toxic & will cause lethargy regardless (it's poison lol). Otherwise low doses of a stim like caffeine, such as coffee or tea throughout the day could help. Complex carbs & b vitamins can help too; Msten supercharges glycogen storage like sdrol & dmz & seems to like more carbs just like they do to compensate.

what would you suggest as far as protocol for an AI or some Exemstane while on the Msten?

Morning BW 199.5 still +9.5 actually been a couple under the last few days but i aint sweating it.
Seems like the size has started setting in the last few days from the Tren-stane.. personally Im tired of taking so many pills. But as you know I started the Msten today.
I wont say the brand cuz it aint Ironflex. Normally wouldnt be taking it cuz this is supposed to be my Ironflex Tren-stane log but a friend gave it to me and i couldnt help myself & i know i wont be running any PHs for a while after this.
Next wednessday will be the end on the Tren-stane run but I will continue it with the Msten. I have no major noticeable side from the Tren-stane except for what I mentioned in the earlier parts of the log. Nothing new ,pretty mellow stuff for running 60 of both for 2 weeks.I personally liked the Halo x better cuz of the way it made me feel ...it was also my first. seemed to have lost some fat while getting bigger and gaining weight so no complaints at all about this gear. Also got a hell of alot stronger than i was, any ways final review on the Tren-stane next wednessday along with before and after pics and before and after measurements.

After I posted DAY 29 workout I could not go to sleep at all. Slept like 3 hours last night. I got up at about midnight and did about 30 mins of abs along with about 70 V-ups. Then did a s**t load of front and side lat raises.

Yikes sorry to hear about the stomach issues Skinny. Sounds like youre pushing through it. You may need to increase meal frequency so you have manageable portion sizes, or try to keep to lower volume foods to get it all in.

Hope this is just temporary for you, I'm sure someone else with experience with that PH will comment

It's all good . Not as bad as it sounds. More of a sensitive stomach. I just wanted to get in more time at that gym. Alls well really.
