Very few people do them in my gym. It should be obvious, that pull-ups, chin-ups and dips are very beneficial.
Personally, I feel I'm making huge progress, since doing them twice a week.
Will use weights when my cut is over (WHEN MY CUT IS OVER, LOL, next year maybe?)

Over hand pull-ups FTW. Lol at eggs in milk. Rocky did this but not in milk. Here in the USA, our chicken and eggs have salmonella bacteria. You don't dare eat eggs raw.

I follow his channel !!! It's one of my favorite channels- please don't jump to conclusions why.

There is so much wrong with him, he should be kept in a lab, under constant surveillance. Watching him is oddly satisfying my sado-masochistic needs.

* 1 small diamond earring for bling (lost in a drawer for 20 years)
* 6 ounces of expensive perfume, evenly rubbed over whole body.

Workout:

Dark Dog-Vodka x1 (1 minute rest between sips)
Vodka-Orange x1/1/1/1/1/1 (seated, 2 minutes rest between sips)
Bud light x1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1 (very short pauses here between sets )

Cardio:

* 4 hours non-stop dancing with WAY too young girls for my age.
I kept optimal form, while moving like a dude on fire and with a chili in his butt.

Small update on my cutting diet and knees.

Weight is down from initially 101.5 kg (223.7 lbs) to 97.5 kg (215 lbs) in 14 days, this was to be expected and should slow down a bit.
My short term goal is to get to 200 lbs, hopefully seeing a hint of abs by then.

Knees at 85%, still aching especially in the morning.
Lowered prednisone from 40mg/day gradually to 10mg. Will keep dosage for one more week.

Focal point of training is body-weight- and compound exercises, done with short rests at high volume.Training each body part twice weekly.
4-6 times gym per week, 1 hour/session. NO legs, because knees are fugged, doing bicycle at hard levels to compensate a bit.

Diet is carb-backloading @ 1500-1700 kcal/day, adjusted accordingly if weight drops to quick- or slow. 40 gram carbs max/day.
Eating 4-6 smaller meals, mainly beef,chicken,fish,eggs,some veggies, counting cal's but not macros (almost exclusively protein based anyway) , getting fats by supplementing with coconut oil (1-2 tbl Spoons). Water intake could be more, trying to drink more in future.
Off-day is Saturday, here anything goes but junk-food or cake. Included is alcohol, fruits, lots of pasta and fun.

Issues:
Noted some constipation, yet its easily overcome with rigorous abs workout.
Had to use plunger because of the arm sized torpedo's not going down the toilet easily.

Cycle:
It's a cutting-healing cycle, no size gain expected.

Pinning:
100mg NPP every 2 days (no joint lubricating effect noted after 2 weeks, expecting it in the next few days)
250mg test-e/week
200mg Deca/week

Other:
TD Trest 50mg/day
Adex now at 0.5mg ED (adjusting weekly, no ideal dosage found yet)
Tudca (Saturdays and Sundays)
Fish-oil
1 dozen different joint support supplements (more coming in shortly)
Vitamins A-Z

Libido is somewhat down, suspecting NPP d*ck. Could up dose of trest, but will wait it out a bit.

Thanks for motivating me!
IMHO I'm on the right track.
Took me a year to realize that cardio, even though I hate it, is a MUST on a cut and that I respond well to moderate weights-high volume training.
No further injuries, stamina is going up, fat is melting.
Will keep this routine until April, by then, body changes should be visible.

Sitting on a bench in designer clothing and using their stupid phones. No sweat, no grunting, not a wrinkle in their T-shirt.
Seeing this made me feel alive. Hulk, we are better than this!

Reminds me of :
I tried to politely explain to someone last week that doing 1/4 reps are a waste of time and space. Kid turns around and says I paid a trainer 300 bucks for a month . I felt kinda bad and said look up frank zane and Arnold Schwarzenegger on YouTube. Those guys did it right. Next day he comes in and does the Arnold press and shıt ton of bent over rows . Perfect form lol ... i think he watched me from outside.
