Nice progress! Any change in endurance from the GW?
For me, GW keeps my heartbeat and BP down. What really makes a difference in endurance and recovery is ITPP.

Day 10 of 56

Today my scale told me 227 lbs. WTH ? Yesterday it was 223.5 lbs. Where did the 3.5 lbs come from??? :scared: :Flush:

Felt sh***y yesterday, skipped gym and went today instead.

-Leg Press: 408lbs x12/12
-Leg curls : machine max 27/25/25
-Incline Press x143 lbs x9/12 +Pushups elevated legs x50 (!)
-Chin ups BW 227 lbs x6/6/6 <-- my new best
-DB Front rises: 27.5 lbsx2 10/10/10
-Bicep curls machine: 105lbs x12/10/7
-Skull crusher zbar: 77lbs x8/9

Weird:
Noted that all my trousers are to big.
I'm loosing fat around my glutes, arse getting smaller but no changes to mid-section. Well, that's new.

Day 11 of 56

Went to gym on my "off-day", core exercises:

Cable oblique twists: 61.5 lbs x 12/10/8/8
Face pulls (Fists on side of head): 69.5 lbs x 12/12/12
Face pulls (Fists up hammer motion): 61.5lbs x 11/10/9
Abs decline crunches with 7 lbs medicine ball : 37/26
planking 30-40 sec x2

Scale says: 226 lbs, still too much.
Thinking now, that earth gravitational field anomaly is to blame, probably HAARP, Dark Matter- or evil Russian-Remote-Scale-Control

The mirror is your friend but the scale is evil. Lol. Looks as though you are recomping. This is a good thing, I'd say stay the course. Nice lifts HG!!

In my case: The scale is evil and the mirror too, lol.

Have to re-evaluate my calorie intake, I'm not satisfied at all.

Day 15 of 56

Discipline was thrown out the window, did 3 cheat days instead of one...
Cheated heavy with meat, sausages and nuts but not as bad on carbs .

:sigh1:

-Leg Press: 408 lbs x15/15
-Stiff Deadlift: 231 lbs x13/10/10
-BB Shrugs (good ones, not chicken-shrugs) 231 lbs x15/15/15
-Bench Press: 165 lbs x12/ 187 lbs x8
-Push ups: 40
-DB Shoulder press: 44lbs x11/11/11
-Lat pull down: 180 lbs x13/10/9
-seated triceps extensions machine: 120 lbs x15/12
-biceps DB curls: 38.5 lbsx2 x8/9/6

Cutting is harder then I thought. I crave mainly meat or eggs, especially before bed, it's like my body is telling me to eat more protein to keep growing.
Will never get lean this way, (put explicit language here)!

I'm thinking of dropping the MK-677, it may be the culprit for the cravings and water retention.

I hear you man, weekends and off days for me are hard to eat less. Mainly I don't care too much about how much I eat but more like if I eat carbs(which I do but probably 75[good day] to 150[bad day], just estimating).

Hey Grandpa, I have to tell you that you're calorie intake might be too low. You're body will think it's starving and you wont lose much. All you eat will be used for your survival and the fat you have on your body will be kept intact. My guesstimate would be 1800-2000 kcal a day would help you lose 2 lb per week. Macros divided something like this, protein 1g/lb bodyweight, 100g of fat and the rest carbs. This will help you shred fat but keep your muscles (mostly)

P.S. I have only read your initial post and not the entire thread so disregard if you feel like it :)

Recomps are awesome IMO, you shrink but stay the same weight.

Edit: Also good lifts!

Having problems with recovery.
24 hours between gym days is not enough for me, I guess it's my age.
My whole body aches and screams for a break.

That would completely contradict the point of cycling. Not the best idea imo
If someone is doing a 4 week cycle to get better results than he would naturally, why would he consider taking a week off from training. Before or even after the cycle makes sense to me.

Hairygranpa,

Keep it up man!

Reading along, remember you get hurt and it's game over. Hit the gym, take you rest days and kill it in the kitchen where it counts.

good luck

Sorry for my absence. I had a hard time at my farm (no internet there), firing employees and getting sh** together.
I got off of all chems over a month ago and did a regular low cal- high prot diet.
This thread is closed, I consider my approach a fail. Will open a new thread shortly.

I just felt ill on all that stuff and my whole body started to ache. Paused my diet and workout regime for 5 days and started over again, all natural.
Feeling good now and ready for a new cycle, hehehe ! I guess it has to do with age- and me, overdoing the chems.

I'm glad you are doing good again and are your goals the same? Also I got a new journal up! I'm ending my cut with albuterol to my lean bulk with LGD.

Already heard of it, but it seems more like a nootropic , like good for your brain -or something... I may need it, lol.

Is this the same RAD140 that is synergetic with testosterone? Idk if we are talking about the same thing lol?

Yes, the same. Abstract:

"RAD140 was shown to exhibit peripheral tissue-specific androgen action that largely spared prostate, neural efficacy as demonstrated by activation of androgenic gene regulation effects, and neuroprotection of hippocampal neurons against cell death caused by systemic administration of the excitotoxin kainate. These novel findings demonstrate initial preclinical efficacy of a SARM in neuroprotective actions relevant to Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative diseases."

Interesting compound.

Man, I really think I need to run some of that. I just keep seeing more and more positive things about it.

The Alzheimer's thing is particularly worrisome for me, as my grandmother had it and my mother is showing early signs.
