Have you ever done farmer walks? I haven't done them on GW but before when I did them my lungs felt like I ran for my life lol. I'm going to start throwing them in again.

Would love to do farmers walk, great for traps and forearms!
We don't have those special bars in the gym for doing them and the heaviest DB's are 55 lbs. Sometimes walking with them around and doing shrugs every 30 feets, lol

I guess its a gym for girls. Hehehe!

You should but some chains for the dumbbells or do overhead walks with them(not sure if it called that). They are killer for forearms and traps, those are my weak points too.

Somehow I missed this log! Subbed for HG getting ripped! I read through and agree you are too low on your calories. May I suggest a macro reorganization? Up the protein and fats, lower the carbohydrates. Avoid sugar like it is poison.

Kenpo, my idol ! (no joke here)
Yes, I'm too low, agreed.
I was "overeating" almost every day but making sure it was on meat or eggs.
Will follow now a 1800-2000 kcal diet.
Kenpo, I'm on GW and Berberine, cutting carbs could get me in trouble with low blood sugar, will wait on that until I cut one of them out.

Day 6 of 56

Over the weekend I went to my little farm, needed food to fill my fridge.
Got eggs, milk, chicken, some fruit and fresh fish from my pond, all organic.

Still 7 weeks to go.
Were you restricting calories before the cycle too?

Did an extended recomp cycle with a bulk at the end, using LGD. Kept about 10 lbs of lean mass and 4 lbs fat (put explicit language here) after PCT.

Should be fine then.
Dieting for a long time doesn't work for me.
Short cuts for month or two is what i prefer

You clearly have success dieting, looking at your picture!
Have to get used to dieting myself, trying out different ways. Did keto before and intermittent fasting.
Noticed recently, that my cal requirements are way lower then I thought, surely age related.
Have to do more cardio but I hate it more then hemorrhoids.

I am not much of a cardio fan either
Just started doing it again recently just to get my stamina back- have been smoking a lot lately.
I usually follow carb cycling with refeeds about every 10-15 days

I'm using e-cigs for about 8 years now (no joke), knowing perfectly well, that nicotine is of no help for exercise.
Will look up carb cycling, have a faint idea what it is, but have to learn more about it.

It actually is a pre workout being an alkaloid but on paper
Sure. It is quite flexible. I used to do keto before and personally i have better results with carb cycling. But i never really used to refeed on keto so that could be the reason too. I prefer cycling carbs now- much more convenient

Could you give me an example of your carb cycling diet? Found contradicting infos on it.

Sure
What I usually do is
Monday - Wednesday 30-50 grams carbs
Thursday - 100 grams
Friday - Sunday 30-50 grams
Monday - 100 grams. Manipulating protein and fat to make sure I'm in a deficit. And a refeed day every two weeks (this is crucial)

I might not do a refeed depending on how i feel. It usually is for about 200-300 grams of carbs

Will try that. My refeed day will be a Saturday every 2 weeks (red wine).
I guess that consuming daily carbs would be best post workout, right?

Ah, don't mention the wine- and I don't mention smoking cigarettes... Hehehe

Sure. Whatever you like. I don't think bodybuilding should consume one's life. I smoke i drink and i lift more than half the population in the world.

Update on ITPP:

Supposedly ITPP has a halflife of up to 12 days, I can't confirm this.

Benefits are noticeable the same day, if taken early, not before workout. This extends to the second day.
One dose = 2 days of benefits.
It seems to be dose dependent, will try 400mg tomorrow and see how it goes.

Maybe it isn't that good quality.

Edit: Or it can be the purity but I think that's the same thing lol.

2.5lbs a little over a week is great, I would not doubt with the lack of food you eat that your strength would suffer.
