RISE FROM THE ASHES...WITNESS THE REBIRTH OF GREEN...
Here we go! FINAFLEX 550 XD IS BACK! I will be running THREE BOTTLES of 550 XD BLACK. This will be a 45 day blitz to the best physique possible before summer (followed by PCT). This is a FINAFLEX SPONSORED thread. A huge thanks to ScottyDoc and Dream Weaver for being awesome Finaflex Reps, and of course thanks to the gentlemen and women at Finaflex who make this possible! I will LOG nutrition, supplement timing, training, and bi-weekly progress pictures so please stick around and throw me your comments and criticism (constructive please).
Supplementation is as follows:
Finaflex 550 XD Black- 4 capsules daily (2 upon waking and 2 with post-workout meal)
Finaflex Revolution PCT Black- 1 capsule (before bed)
AI Sports Nutrition RecoverPro- 4 scoops (sipped throughout the day mixed into 1 gallon of H2O)
MGN Multi-Vitamin His- 3 capsules (upon waking)
MGN American ISO Whey Protein- As Needed for optimum Macro-Nutrient Ratios
Nutrition:
I will be following the Lean Gains Protocol. My calories will fall between 1500-1800 on “burn days” and 2200-2500 on “lift days” I will be aiming for 50% protein/25% carbs/25% fat on “burn days” and 50% protein/30% carbs/20% fat on “lift days” I am very carb sensitive, and as a result will appear puffy from excessive consumption. Fast break will be at 1300hrs and the feeding window will close at 2100hrs.
Current Stats:
I am currently around 19.6% body fat according to the Accu-Measure 3000 caliper. My weight is currently 215lbs. My aim is a body recomp protocol, shredding as much body fat as possible while keeping or gaining lean mass. I recently moved, and had a massive overhaul to take on with the new house. Unfortunately my training and nutrition suffered as a consequence. I am bound and determined to now overhaul myself with this awesome supplement and of course hard work!
Training:
I will be using “MrKleen’s Iron Warrior/Kleen Machine” Protocol which involves form failure and strip set failure M/W/F with cardio and abs TUE/THUR/SAT.
