Well, she ended up not going with me, so that was that. I actually ended up feeling like crap for some reason, plus was under a time crunch for a friends bday that night. I just went home after max effort squats; I was disheartened & had another massive sinus headache all day long. Felt very strong despite my headache taking the bar off & everything, I just took the bar quite deep & couldn't come out of the hole with it. Haha they were the biggest at my healthclub. The hardcore gym I also go to has 200s though. I've only seen one guy even shrug those monsters, & I had to help him rack/unrack them after he strapped up. +16lbs ain't bad, but not like it's all lbm, & for the amount of money tied up in this I think I'd skip Boldione from here on out.

And for any car guys out there: I know the Fast & the Furious movies were hella cheesy, but Paul Walker died in a fiery crash in his new porsche this afternoon at just 40 yrs old. He had been at a charity car show for the typhoon relief & was taking his car out with people. This was really sad (& ironic) news for me. Before weights, cars were my only love, & those movies meant a lot growing up. Just kind of sucks.

The literature I've seen as well as results of some guys on here point towards longterm damage to natty production being more of a factor of duration over intensity of cycles. As in, better to run something like Methyltrienolone (MethylTren) for 4wks and losing your nuts by the 7th day it's so suppressive along with 1200mg of Test Cyp/wk vs running 500mg of test for 6 months straight. We both know the longer cycle is going to produce more sustainable results (in a much healthier fashion), but staying on for a long long time seems to have harsher impact. Hit some chest/tri work tonight after maxing on flatbench. The guy spotting me, bless his heart, swears up & down he didn't help at all, & honestly I felt really strong the entire time plus you can see the 2 spots I naturally get stuck, so I'm inclined to believe he didn't. Couple onlookers mentioned that if he'd been helping there shouldn't have been any sticking points, which is true. I don't feel comfy counting it, but since all my maxes are gym lifts anyway I suppose it doesn't matter terribly one way or another. I do feel good knowing I'd totally have had it even if he had walked away after the liftoff.

And it's important to remember that every cycle puts wear & tear on the system - every cycle can damage natty production permanently. It's not uncommon to never recover to the same level of production. All men naturally will reach Andropause in due time, but cycling anabolics will greatly expedite this process. Not uncommon for guys in there 30s even to be getting on TRT in this lifestyle.
That being said, my buddy who's also 23 had his numbers tested - he's routinely in the 400s, and was even after just a single lil kit from AMS for 4wks. He said he's always felt lethargic & battled depression (and bodyfat accumulation), & even just using AMS's dinky kit gained like 15lbs in a month lol. He always gains a ton on cycles. My numbers have always been in the 600s after pct so far (nor do I gain/loose as much), so just goes to show that natty test production isn't always fair from the start.

Just curious.Gained some fat, sure I'm holding a bit of waterweight, but definitely put some size on too. Squatted 465, pulled 565, & benched 300/315 depending on your views for 1330-1345lb gym total. That's 60-75lbs on my gym total, & 20lbs on the scale. Minimal pumps/cramps, & liver seems happiest ever. I think it's all in the supports, as well as not pushing the dosing as hard as humanly possible. The M1T worked great @ 15mg with a gram of Boldione/day - no point I figure in going to 22.5mg & picking up all the sides when a more moderate dose was almost side-free & great gains. Mbol @ 100mg earlier was also delightful & low on pumps.
