Pffftt I have a hard time getting over 3000k !! And I'm 204lbs. :(
Haha i have experience from my brother , when we where kids i was also eating his food(or when he didnt liked something he would throw it in my mouth...(he still does it though ) lmao ) :)

The good thing is that i lose weight fast as well , so i don't complain , but my temper does go through the roof when dieting
and anything i've tried so far for appetite control DID NOT work...Some times i make the thought "Just put the needle in your a$$ already and get shredded to the bone")..:)

4 years ago i weighted 220kg(485lbs) , and got down to 100kg(220lbs) in Nov.2013 , since then i've
been around 100kg-115kg(max) and put on alot of muscle mass(people that dont know my story ask me if on roids when i get down to 100kg LOL) ,
but there is something missing , and its called "motivation"...Motivation to finish my weight loss journey ,get down to single digit BF%
and when i get the chance polish everything up with a cosmetic surgery (for my extra skin :( ).

Some additional info for my weight loss journey :
*Got in the gym Weighting 210kg
*I would go for 7 times a week and was busting my a$$ for 2-3 or even 3-4 hours some times (no kidding , the trainner was afraid that i was going to die lol)
(Now im trainning 6days/week , 1h weight trainning + 30-45min cardio 2-3times/week)
*The first 1.5-2 years i was doing super sets with light weights (even though i could move the whole weight stacks as if it was thin air ...And could bench 225lbs for reps after like 2months of trainning LMAO)
*Had cardio 60-120min DAILY(no kidding ..i was literaly praying every night so that my legs wouldn't break on treadmill)
(Although now when im looking at my legs , i know it was worth the pain)
*My diet was :

Low carb (3days) : Around 1800-2000kcal : Egg whites, broccoli or cabbage,oats(MAX 100g 356kcal),whey,chicken or fish, and at night time cottage cheese and a piece of fruit because
my blood sugar was going so low that i would wake up randomly at night (it SUCKED and i had no idea why it was happening in the beginning )

Mod carb (1day - after 3days low carbing) : Same as low carb , plus extra 700cal from carbs.Could be 200g pasta/rice or mix of : starchy carbs + fruits

High carb (every 7-10days) : Same as low carb but i would add like +1.5kcal and eat whatever i wanted ...and guess what , it was mostly carbs (Favorite meal
200g pasta + tuna + low fat cheese + low fat sauce :) )

P/C/F ratio:
Protein: 250g (1000cal)
Carbs : 150g (600cal) ( => 100g oats , and was also counting fruits/veg)
Fat : 12ml(split in 2 6gx2) olive oil + 10g fat from oats (200cal)

Supplements :
Multi vits
Omega 3
Vitamin d3
Whey protein
I have used creatine 2-3 times (like ....1 cycle every 6-8months) but don't like the water retention :(

It sucks you dont have more posts and are not more active. Otherwise we could do a recomp log.

Wow good job brother! Im proud of you for dropping so much weight.
Have you ever had a hormone panel run to see where your test and estro levels are?

JFYI im following your progress :)
You should give the new TD AI a test drive when we release. The increase in test and drop in estro will help a TON and the added fat burners will even further contribute.

Thanks , i will probably wait for the release and try to reduce my bf until then. ...Btw,already lost 6lbs since my last visit on scale(243lbs today)
and my calories are like 3K , 2.5K , 4k , plus the other day i probably exceeded 8K kcal (no comments) ...

I guess the addition of 1h cardio daily was a good idea(probably due the mass in legs i burn lots of cals ? No idea tbh) , and as i progress i might consider logging my progress to get motivated and complete what i first started (To turn from morbidly obese(aka fata$$) to muscle machine :p)...

I am tighter around m midsection, mx love handles have gone down and my lower back is starting to lean out more as well. definitely have gotten leaner while staying in the same body weight range, minus a few pounds. 216-218 from 218-220. i have gotten harder and more definied, striations are beggining to become more visable. tommorow i will start the second bottle!

I think you are spot on with your observations, abs and mid section look great. What is your height ?

Thanks rocket. Alot of the definition is more apparent during workouts, much much more vascular and my camera was acting kind of funny. Overall my calories were kept the same and my strentgh has maintained and even increased, so i am right where i wanted to be. My
Btw my height is 6Ft. Weight is 217 as of last night.

My vascularity is definitely up and was sick with all the pump work yesterday. I have been applying two pumps before my workouts and the thermogenic effects have been excellent. Sweating like crazy and by the time i hit cardio im already soaked. I have a very dry look in my shoulders, and upper chest. this is some great stuff!

I hear that! I think i did rather well tho. I got a ton of sleep on saturday and was relaxing at the beach for 2 days with my phone off. If that didnt do the trick im doomed lol

That sounds like me too. I slept most of Sunday & spend most of Saturday & Monday at the beach. Yesterday really did the trick :)

Hunger has been up, most likely due to the -Epi. I had missed two days because i forgot the bottle at home and definitely started retaining some water. Three apllications today as i near the end of the bottle. I had one of the most active days yet. I honestly feel like a machine at this point. My metabolism is racing. I am eating upwards of 7 meals and just constantly active. I am feeling great. Definitely leaning out and as you can see from my leg press numbers not losing strentgh lol 1203 x 11 is a pr i believe. . idk i could have kept going but i am trying to save my knees lol
How the **** do you guys do fasted workouts. Within 15 minutes of waking up I'm starving. It would be impossible for me to do this. Wish I could I just don't think I can. Stomach is like caving in on itself in the morning
