How the **** do you guys do fasted workouts. Within 15 minutes of waking up I'm starving. It would be impossible for me to do this. Wish I could I just don't think I can. Stomach is like caving in on itself in the morning
Lol. Honestly dont know bro. Some days i wake up starving. Alot of fat burners including the td ai from BLR has helped cut my appetite down. Honestly i just get my goals in like and make em happen. Once its habit its not that bad at all. Also just to be clear this is the only time ive ever really done weights in the am, and i wasnt feeling it at all. Callisthetixs and cardio im fine, but once its weights, im not at my best.

Oh ok I understand. I also have hypoglycemia so from a medical standpoint I'm not sure if I should ever give this a try. Low blood sugar attacks suck (tremors, confusion, nausea etc.) I wish I could because it's probably really good for fat loss but I think I'll pass. If I ever do I'll bring a protein bar and make sure I have a BCAA intraworkout drink with me but for me I just feel better lifting with food in my body

By late that night my appetite had returned and i felt better. Had three salmon burgers, 2 pieces of flounder and a large bowl of veggies. He's alive!!!!! lol

My back workout was absolutely killer. I worked to target more of my upper back and kept it very intense with the drop sets. My mind muscle connection to my back has improved so much in the past month. The deadlift drop set at the end was off the chain and really finished off that workout strong and intense.

My shoudler and arm day was also very good and those muscles have been killing me since.

On my lightweight callisthentics day i applied two pumps pre workout and i was sweating like crazy. The thermo aspect to this product is great.

Last night on my rest night i hadnt applied at all through the day, so i put two pumps on my inner thighs and one on my upler shoudler chest area. I didnt sweat much, but i can say that i woke up and my libido was through the roof. Overall its been up.

Day 17

PM Training: Legs, Lower Back, Traps and Abs

Deadlifts
135x20
225x20
315x12
365x10
435x6
355x9 drop 305x8 drop 255x6 drop 205x10 drop 135x9(breathing trouble, still congested from cold)
This last set was really stimulating. My hamstrings have never been that tight off deadlifts before. I had someone pulling the plates, so I stayed strapped in, double overhand, and just focused on pulling as many reps until failure on every drop

Barbell Shrugs with hanging stretches at end of set 10-15 secs
135x22
225x14
315x11
435x8
225x5 rest 5 secs 225x10 rest 10 secs 225x15 rest 15 secs 225x20

Leg Press Dropset
1010x12 drop 920x8 drop 830x6 drop 740x7 drop 650x5 drop 560x10 470x12
This was the only set I did, and the only set I needed. It was very very intense, I had two people pulling the plates, so there were no breaks or racking of the weight.

One Leg Press, foot position up high and in the middle. Really hit my inner quads well.
513x10 x 3 sets

Iso Ball leg Lifts
back on ball, holding rail nearby. Start with legs completely straight, almost touching the floor on all raises, and kept at around 20 deg for hold and kicks.
10 leg raises, 10 flutter kicks, 10 knee raises, 10 sec hold

Barbell Squats (kept weight moderate, used deep controlled form)
225x12
245x12
295x10
335x8
365x6
superset
Medicine Ball Throws on decline bench
5 sets: (10 lb ball, left side x10, right side x 10, middle x 10)

Iso Ball leg Lifts, same as above
10 leg raises, 10 flutter kicks, 10 knee raises, 10 sec hold x 3 sets

Applied pumps on shoulders and one on inner thighs before bed. It is amazing me how much vascularity i am gaining even with the added calories and carbs. I am definitely holding water from my diet, but it is much less with the TD. also i notice when i apply before bed, even if i dont drink alot of water, i will still wake up and pee for about a min straight. This stuff absolutely dries you out, however on this new version i have experienced no joint pain and have not been taking anything for joints. Good stuff brundel!!

Hibachi all you can eat post workout (didn't over eat)

The past two days have been the best i have felt in a very long time. My energy, endurance and pumps have been incredible. I have been eating more, put on close to 9 pounds during this run so far along with brundels new -epi, but people at the gym, mostly women have been saying im looking like i lost weight Nd leaning out. I have maintained my waist, might be holding a little water, but i am even more vascular and my pumps have been phenominal with just a cup of coffee and some lba's preworkout. Some great products coming out! I need more lol!

Dude!!
I still get excited when I see people gaining 9+ lbs with a natty product. Pretty sick right.
This new stuff is insane. I dont think there is anything that compares at the moment. 9lbs up while losing bodyfat? I dont know of anything natural that does this except this product.
Keep up the hard work brother.

kisaj brundel the best run ive had to date. Never done anything past natural products, but as far as body composition results, this run has been wild. 255 incline is a big gain for me. Did it 6 times. Couldnt be happier. Did 220 on overhead press the other day as part of a giant drop set, my shoulders looked crazy. A random dude on the street said hello to me, then said i was looking good and commented under his breath " i needd to get back in the gym" lmfao.

Yah it sucks because alot of logs are only 3-4 weeks when they need to be a real cycle length. Like 8-12.

I am more or less done with the bottle. Used the stem of the pump to apply two times yesterday. I am going to post my final review and results. This is absolutely a great product, and it works!

I have increased my calories and have not noticably gained much fat if any at all. It has kept me dry, and with increased carbs i usually hold alot of water. This has definitely reduced it. The other thing i can say is it works pretty fast. I missed a day of using it and the next day i went back to three applications, the difference the next morning was very noticable.

Bro it doesnt dissapoint. If your dialed in with your diet and training, it will be very effective. Not magic, but in my case i feel like it was for me. I can notice very small changes with my body. These were fairly significant day to day.

BLR TD AI FINAL REVIEW

This product is honestly one that works hands down. It does exactly what it says it will. I do not know the ingredients, but brundel has indicated it has AI’s and fat burners. From what I’ve experienced, I’d agree. The first version was great, lasted about 25 days at three pumps per day. The second bottle of v2, was roughly the same.

When I started the first bottle I was looking to cut down some body fat, while still staying strong and I did just that. I was setting PRs, but instead of recomping, I was losing some weight. The total two bottle run brought me from around 220 to as low as 215 and then as high as 226 when I introduced brundel’s new –epi and some more calories. Due to intense training I was certainly hungry all the time, and for the most part fed my body accordingly.

The TD slightly cut my appetite, but nothing drastic. It had me very dry and I saw incredible changes in the mirror by day 6. I was shocked and very pleased. These effects continued on, and became even more pronounced. The applications were easy and dried very quickly. No bad smells at all. I slight my doses between my shoulders and my inner thighs.

I found that I was running hotter than usual and would often be sweating. During cardio this was very apparent, which I loved. I became extremely vascular with the dryness, my shoulders got very grainy. I would get complimented on looking slimmer and bigger, what’s better than that?

This product is great for cutting, and awesome for recomp. It keeps you dry so you can accurately judge you progress as you introduce more cals. For me this was very important because I hold a lot of water (hence my high fluctuation in weight during the run).

On the second bottle (upgraded formula) I noticed more increase in libido, and an easier application. I also felt that two pumps went very far, where as the first version I was using three. Three was definitely my favorite as far as effects, but two was very good and will make the bottle stretch much further.

I want to thank all the fellas at BLR and brundel for this opportunity and wish you guys the best of luck with all these great new products. It was an awesome experience and I am very appreciative to have been chosen.

Yeah, I am excited to see the reaction to the stuff coming down. If it is anything like all the testers are seeing/feeling, then it are going to be very happy times for Brundel and BLR.
