Yesterday i applied two pumps pre workout. Most to my pelvic inner thigh area, and some to my delts.

Then when i got home i did one after i shower spread to the same places evenly. So far im loving this stuff. I have been drying out a little and absolutely sweating like crazy. So far so good!

noticing any joint issues at all...?
No none yet. Some light in my elbows and knees, but making sure im taking my fish oil To equal 3 grams omega 3 and glucosamine condroitin and msm triple strentgh. Not bad at all yet.

I think 3 pumps is good. It was at 4 that everyone started complaining about pain so....I figure 3 will give you the effect with less joint pain.
So far so good.

I think i saw this somewhere but would dosing 1 am, 1 preworkout and 1 prebed be more beneficial? Or 1 am 2 preworkout? Or should i just try em all lol

I think spread the dose out so blood levels are even.
This may change if we add new ingredients before launch

Day 7 thoughts:

This stuff is incredible!

I am starting to really see it kick in. I applied two pumps pre workout and within two sets of warm up shoulder shrugs i was sweating and had pit stains on my hoody. Not even through the workout sets yet lol

I had an awesome marathon workout, my vascualrity is def up and my skin and thinning out as im seeing many more veins, especially the small ones. I constantly get comments of man your leaning out as well as are you bulking again, your getting big...

Im absolutely starting to feel some joint pain. I am moving up my oximega fish oil to 4 caps a day from 3 and going to add in another glucosamine condroitin msm triple strentgh pill, currently at two a day. I am drinking a lot of water, but will try to increase that as well.

Ocassionally i have little burning sensations and sometimes if appy too much to upper body my eyes start to brun from the fumes. Almost like a slight watery eyes type thing. All in all Nothing too crazy.

The last day i have seen a significant leanness in my lower abs region occuring. I have been eating more food and training harder. I ate a HUGE post workout meal, and about an hour later went into the bathroom and i was super lean. I couldnt believe it. This stuff is magic!!!!

The potential within those bottles is very high. Several guys said much better than Formeron. Drier. Which IS saying something because Formeron was amazing.
There are not too many things that work like this and this quickly.
There are almost NONE that are still legal ;).....my goal moving forward is to make legal products, like this... ones that still really work well.

I really wanted to wait until you guys started saying things before I mentioned certain things so that nobody can say placebo.

I'm running the capped AI right now, but I know what I will switch to once I start my cutting portion of my prep ;)

The capped AI is incredibly good. Its an exceptional AI. It doesnt have the fat burner in it though which is part of why everyone is hot and sweating lol.
There is a very generous dose of the fat burner.

We are going to be testing a new bulking agent soon though. It makes you want to eat everything in sight.

Actually wound up spending the night in the ER, my girl got in a car accident. She ok, thank god. So all in all i had a rest day. Got a great night sleep.

I still applied three times yesterday, morning, afternoon and night. Nothing more to really report, didnt have too many new feelings. ddfox mentioned hes been having some vivid dreams, and coincidentally the last two days i have as well. Not sure if its related to the silver lion, but i figured id mention it.

Everything is going well and im looking forward to some real intense training tonight!

Unfortunately the joint pain happens with ai products :(
But they make you look so good its worth it.

Yea, not drastically because i take in about a gallon religiously, im up to about a gallon and a half now. Also bumping up my fish oils to get about 4 grams omega 3 and upping my joint formula to three tabs a day from 2

The joint pain is not anything i wont work through, just me reporting the details. I went to do skull crushers and cringed yesterday lol. No complaints this stuff is great all in all.

When my joints were hurting on cycle i bumped fish oils up to 6g and was taking 3g of Super Cissus too.
I mostly get the joint pain in my knees when I am using an AI.

When my joints were hurting on cycle i bumped fish oils up to 6g and was taking 3g of Super Cissus too.
I mostly get the joint pain in my knees when I am using an AI.
I havent tried cissus yet. I know people love it, so one of these days ill get on it. Probly next time theres a sale ill pick some up.

Sounds very similar. I think the four would definitely kick it up a notch. My appetite is funny. Sometimes i tend to lose all appetite, but others i am hungry as could be. I tend to be force feeding as well at this point, but still trying to eat big. I am actually up a pound or two this week, 222 with my kicks on and gym pants. Iam continuing to lean out. If I cut my cals even slightly I am pretty sure it would be even more fat loss.

I am starting to notice more veins emerging in my upper shoulder and chest area, the sternum area of my chest is leaning out and im starting to see the beginning of some chest striations. I am leaning out around my lower stomach, not there yet, but its definietly tightening up. Day 12

Active rest day.

Applied two pumps in am, one before bed.

Did some stretching and 35 mins on the elliptical at level 10

Diet:
Keto day, raised fats up higher, dropped all carbs. Kept protein high. Will probably maintain this for a few more days and keep the weights on the moderate side and the volume high. I feel as though i am almost looking skinny fat in my lower abs lol. I have been eating carbs almost every day to fuel my workouts, but i am going to cycle them a little to respark things. One thing is certain, i am most certainly losing overall fat in my lower stomach as my belly button area is tighter and my pants are fitting loose. Might be time to adjust my cals slightly.

Ive been gaining strentgh in alot of my lift and leaning out, so all in all ive been happy, but without adjustments it cant stay the same. I am at a sligbt sticking point, so its time to adjust.

I keep my cals at about 4500ish approx and I dont alter calories at all unless Im stuck. I only change the ratio of carbs to protein and fat.
If I get stuck Ill drop 500 cals from mostly carbs and then fat. Protein is kept at 400g
I do 6 meals and min 1 gal water per day.
Also I dont normally do cardio so at this time Ill slowly begin to introduce cardio. THe combo of cardio with no carbs half the week shreds off fat so quickly its insane.
