I keep my cals at about 4500ish approx and I dont alter calories at all unless Im stuck. I only change the ratio of carbs to protein and fat.
If I get stuck Ill drop 500 cals from mostly carbs and then fat. Protein is kept at 400g
I do 6 meals and min 1 gal water per day.
Also I dont normally do cardio so at this time Ill slowly begin to introduce cardio. THe combo of cardio with no carbs half the week shreds off fat so quickly its insane.
Yea thats pretty legit. Definitely fueling the machine at 4500. I have done pretty much of a similar setup but with a smaller amount of cals. Just havent cut the carbs and i think thats part of the problem.

Its MUCH easier to get into shape with test, tren, mast, win.

I am starting to see some striations in my traps as well, this is definitely a first. These small i am noticing are slight, and the beginnings of whats to come, but they are changes i have yet to see.

I also experienced a dry nose last night. I went to wipe what i thought to be a runny nose and it was a little blood. I will have to start putting some vaseline to keep hydrated. This was after my cardio, maybe i needed more water.

Yea my hydration is on point, maybe i need to add more. I run creatine as a staple almost year round. At an average of 5 grams on training days

I get nosebleeds when Im really dry.
Must be really drying you out. Im surprised its still doing this with all that water. At least you know its working lol.

I have also had a bloody nose like three times now. I get them a lot when I am hiking in AZ. I did not think anything of it!

Your running the oral though right?
The good news is this makes it even more likely its dehydration because they are totally different ingredients :)

Another great day of training. I hit presses the day before as well, so a ton of volume. My joint pains have dissipated, so that is great news. I havent had any issues with it and im happy. Especially since before i felt the pain in my elbows. After hitting tris, chest and shoulders with no pain, id say im good to go.

My bottle is definitely getting lighter lol. Its sad to see happen, but my results have been great so far. Ive been losing some weight but my strentgh has been up and my diet is on point. Joints feel good, increased vascularity and definition. Still need to cut some weight off this next month, so its time to kick it into high gear.

This workout was done with a buddy of mine who played college football for maryland. Its a stentgh workout from one of thier programs. It was a nice change of pace and very challenging for me.

Once the pump slows you can turn the bottle over and pour out doses. you can also try slightly pulling the straw part of the pump down.
Its pushed into the pump top but can be removed. You can likely pull it a few mm down and itll pump again.

It was an awesome pump. The way i did the whole workout in less than 25 mins and had a great pump, drenched and ready to go home and eat lol.

I have no problem consuming large amount of calories and that is actually a problem for me lol
I maintain at around 4K kcals and most of the time i feel hungry even with all that fiber/protein/carbs/fats ...

Every like 7-10 days i might go on extremes and consume 8-10k kcals easily ...lol but during that day i might eat 200g fish+red cabbage+10g olive oil 6times just to consume the remainder 6-8kcals junk cals with minimal cost)

Im almost 250lbs now , about 25% bf (trying to cut :p) 6ft ...(Never used aas/phs)
