Could you elaborate a bit more just to get an idea ?
Well , weight loss is a life time journey for me even if im only 27yrs old.
4 years ago i weighted 220kg(485lbs) , and got down to 100kg(220lbs) in Nov.2013 , since then i've
been around 100kg-115kg(max) and put on alot of muscle mass(people that dont know my story ask me if on roids when i get down to 100kg LOL) ,
but there is something missing , and its called "motivation"...Motivation to finish my weight loss journey ,get down to single digit BF%
and when i get the chance polish everything up with a cosmetic surgery (for my extra skin
).
Some additional info for my weight loss journey :
*Got in the gym Weighting 210kg
*I would go for 7 times a week and was busting my a$$ for 2-3 or even 3-4 hours some times (no kidding , the trainner was afraid that i was going to die lol)
(Now im trainning 6days/week , 1h weight trainning + 30-45min cardio 2-3times/week)
*The first 1.5-2 years i was doing super sets with light weights (even though i could move the whole weight stacks as if it was thin air ...And could bench 225lbs for reps after like 2months of trainning LMAO)
*Had cardio 60-120min DAILY(no kidding ..i was literaly praying every night so that my legs wouldn't break on treadmill)
(Although now when im looking at my legs , i know it was worth the pain)
*My diet was :
Low carb (3days) : Around 1800-2000kcal : Egg whites, broccoli or cabbage,oats(MAX 100g 356kcal),whey,chicken or fish, and at night time cottage cheese and a piece of fruit because
my blood sugar was going so low that i would wake up randomly at night (it SUCKED and i had no idea why it was happening in the beginning )
Mod carb (1day - after 3days low carbing) : Same as low carb , plus extra 700cal from carbs.Could be 200g pasta/rice or mix of : starchy carbs + fruits
High carb (every 7-10days) : Same as low carb but i would add like +1.5kcal and eat whatever i wanted ...and guess what , it was mostly carbs (Favorite meal
200g pasta + tuna + low fat cheese + low fat sauce
)
P/C/F ratio:
Protein: 250g (1000cal)
Carbs : 150g (600cal) ( => 100g oats , and was also counting fruits/veg)
Fat : 12ml(split in 2 6gx2) olive oil + 10g fat from oats (200cal)
Supplements :
Multi vits
Omega 3
Vitamin d3
Whey protein
I have used creatine 2-3 times (like ....1 cycle every 6-8months) but don't like the water retention
That's because i don't believe im at the right level to advice others (YET
