Now you sound like everyone I know in the real world (all 2 of my friends lol) I know you're right thou that's why I've been sticking to 225-245 on flat and been doing incline for strength but just wanted to have some fun today . This is the problem with always wanting to be bigger and stronger, along with hating to cut with a passion it seems completely against the goal, I just look smaller and weakerI know you're going to hate hearing this but I think you need to go lighter and less 5x5 strength routines. I think you're stressing the joints too much.

I cringe at the thought , problem is even with the goal of 10-15 knowing me I'd want to go as heavy as possible for 10-15 so I'd still be using the same weights just pushing extra reps lol , I mentally can't go under 2 plates for any major liftAlpha a few months in the 10-15 rep range may do ya good.

I think laxo epi combo would be kick ass for cutting I was told no but I still believe it would maybe right below maintenance and something like ECA I was thinking bout doingI might have to order some of this stuff. Finished my pct a week ago. Still cutting tho, so not sure how a laxo / epicat combo would work, better than taking nothing I would assume. Looking forward to seeing your results!

The thing is I don't believe that to be a small meal lmao I've come to terms with the fact that I'm just a fat ass at heart haha I crave cereal and/or nature valley bars or cliff bars I'm just not satisfied till then haha but what I do now to control it is just chug 2 bottles of water after each meal helps get the water in and kills the appetite. It just sucks at first once I get used to being on the strict diet I can go as low as 1500-1600 calories with no issues but that cleaning up phase is the toughestOr less meals/day meaning bigger meals...
