And nah bro! Nothing wrong with 24s I just have very mixed emotions about my legs lol that's why they've never seen the light of day on AM. I always had bigger legs then when I got to my heaviest at 220 they where like 26-27 and when I cut they went down to 22s so it's a roller coaster bulk or cut they are what gets hit first. That being said I've always wanted like crazy big legs seriously 30in legs to match 30 in waist is my goal (waist is not 30 in yet lol)

Just waiting for Hercules to arrive is giving me a placebo effect I think lol , I'm currently just using my White Flood pwo and protein post workout but my workouts have been intense as balls and today's chest day was no different. One of my main focuses along with shoulders will be increasing my incline bench so doing my regular 5x5 program but switching flat for incline so today's workout looked like this

Started some tricep work because I still had some time but I had gassed myself out by the end of the Db inclines so I spent about 15 minutes on tris and got the hell out of there. The mind muscle connection was there for sure I was stopping sets about 1 rep before failure because I was making sure to give each rep my all and have slow controlled reps and really tear them fibers lol it felt great can't wait for the laxo to get here and start getting those exaggerated pumps

If you run Lean, do it at 3 caps/day. I was late towards the end of the second bottle and at 3 caps is where it shines (at least for me).
