Absolutely correct sir! I cant tell you how much they mean to me, because at 38, and my determination to kick everyone around me's ass, I am starting to see glimpses of my peak days!! 5 minutes indeed!

Damn right! As long as the family knows who the man is. Kind of like, my Grandpa telling me to watch what I say to my cousin "cause hes a Marine now" and I was in the Navy. So, without hesitation, I went outside, called my cousin over and whooped his ass in the yard. Went back in and said "hey pop, your Marine is laying in the yars cryin for you!" Just gotta let them know who the man is, and you two, no doubt who that is!!

Lmao hell yeah, I get told often "You're so much bigger" "you're huge" but I can't let myself believe it , cuz I know I'm not where I want to be. I'm too far from it but it's what keeps me grinding

Sh1t show of a workout today , it was suppose to be a great chest day butttt went to do 5x5 on flat today with my training partner , I've been on incline for past couple weeks so thought id test flat strength to see if it's still all good, weight felt light as all hell, lighter then ever for the first 2 reps and then on the way up something on the top "corner" of my chest right by the arm pit felt like a rubberband snapped at the same time as it was getting rubbed by sandpaper so I dropped down to 225 and could t hit it so just went to a quick back workout and got the **** out, will ice the chest just incase and rest just pissed I had a crap workout but it's all good , got a reality check from my training partner too, said he was told I was looking lean but I look like **** pretty much got size but not lean at all gotta clean up the diet again and add in the cardio like I've been saying but haven't done , guess it's time now

I know you're going to hate hearing this but I think you need to go lighter and less 5x5 strength routines. I think you're stressing the joints too much.

Now you sound like everyone I know in the real world (all 2 of my friends lol) I know you're right thou that's why I've been sticking to 225-245 on flat and been doing incline for strength but just wanted to have some fun today . This is the problem with always wanting to be bigger and stronger, along with hating to cut with a passion it seems completely against the goal, I just look smaller and weaker

I cringe at the thought , problem is even with the goal of 10-15 knowing me I'd want to go as heavy as possible for 10-15 so I'd still be using the same weights just pushing extra reps lol , I mentally can't go under 2 plates for any major lift

I think laxo epi combo would be kick ass for cutting I was told no but I still believe it would maybe right below maintenance and something like ECA I was thinking bout doing

Ok ladies and gentleman tomorrow starts back the strict diet I will be cutting out all additional carbs that I've been having and my carbs will consist of fruit rice and veggies . Flax seeds for additional fats and protein will be mostly chicken egg whites and couple scoops of protein I posted the exact diet on another thread I'll link here , calories will be around 3050 daily but I believe my body will adjust real quick to this since I've been dropping slowly and probably around 3300 right now

here's this mornings shape after a massive beat down of the unwanted step children that are my shoulders and their ugly smaller cousins the traps, finished shrugging 385 on the free bar cuz it feels good lol. Morning weight was 206 should be getting the Hercules at some point this week I believe so this will be the before pic feels good to know I'll be tied down to a strict diet again and I have everything ready. Long day of work ahead so caffeine is definitely on the menu to get through the day

I gotta give that a try next shoulder day , I love doing that on the shoulder press machine as a finisher 5 seconds up 5 seconds down with some light weight feels great bro

The thing is I don't believe that to be a small meal lmao I've come to terms with the fact that I'm just a fat ass at heart haha I crave cereal and/or nature valley bars or cliff bars I'm just not satisfied till then haha but what I do now to control it is just chug 2 bottles of water after each meal helps get the water in and kills the appetite. It just sucks at first once I get used to being on the strict diet I can go as low as 1500-1600 calories with no issues but that cleaning up phase is the toughest

Lmao it's chicken rice and veggies you can't get cleaner then that! Something I've been doing after seeing a thread about possible benefits is adding unsalted broth to it , gives it great flavor and adds practically no calories
