Just curious it works a lot better for strength/size and overall performance. Pyramiding up is similar to pre exhausting the muscles.

You may want to take a "break" for liek 2 weeks and just do mainteince weight and not push yourself hard. Ya know just go in and do whatever for a little while, let your body "regroup"

not sit on your ass breaks but 60% breaks. and limit reps!
