have you tried pyramiding down in weight instead of up? Just curious it works a lot better for strength/size and overall performance. Pyramiding up is similar to pre exhausting the muscles.

I'll try pyramid down but i don't want to pull anything ya know soo i'm always a lil worried about doing a down scheme. . . .but i'll try it!

well, most people are warming up with their first few sets, they just use more reps, so once you get to your working weight, your muscles are already fatigued. Just warm-up with less reps, then get after it, and it doesn't exactly feel comfortable at first, but in a short amount of time, you won't wanna go back

I'm back in the moooooothaaa Truckkinnnnnn HOuseeee yaaaaaaaa'llllll!!!! :32: whats goin on in the world today!!! my updated need to get betta during the weekend seemin is how i work out during the weeked!!! Well everybody it went veery well this weekend :sasmokin: I think things will be runin just as i expected. . .gains are coming slowly (which is good) and All i can say is that hard work and smart lifting = a very happy individual aka ME :biglaugh:. .. This is how i'm feeling currently about my stack!!! I'm loving it and i do think that everyone should take a taste of what i'm doing. . . you may not see the PR's like you did im my last log but with some recent injuries i'm being far more cautious. As days become weeks and weeks become months my competition is getting closer and closer!!1 This last week there was a seminar that went on about precontest prep that i missed because of my sisters gymnastics meet. . . It was all worth it when i saw her compete and a top notch level!! sooo I had a buddy who was there that going to give me the low down! :22:

I agree with T. You may want to take a "break" for liek 2 weeks and just do mainteince weight and not push yourself hard. Ya know just go in and do whatever for a little while, let your body "regroup"

i know it is hard to go easy for awhile, you start feeling like you lost the edge and body starts showing sings of not being used to the max. but i know for a fact that when you go back to max workouts your improvements will be accelerated by at least 20%. you have to force yourself to take breaks to reach full potential-imo.

Good deal man. Just gotta listen to your body and look at your log book. You'll know when the time comes ;) I usually do it myself every 2 months or so

Appetite - 8/10 - theres been an increase and i can put down some serious calories baby!!! HAHAH good thing i have an active digestive track!!

SLeep - 8/10 - after taking this sleep stack i'm not sure how i feel. . because i feel rested but the bags under my eyes say elese wise. . not sure there can be a lot of factors that are going towards this as well. . taking a lot of DTP haah soo that could have something to do with it. . when i do sleep i'm dreaming but i still need that deep sleep as far as sleep cycle goes. . .

Overall - this is a wonderful stack!!! MST AND DTP are holding it down!!! I can't wait to try some of the Shred in Feb. that's when i start cutting weight so i will need to purchase some of that for the beginning of FEB. WOOOO HOOOOO!!! all in all its a 10/10 everybody should do this combination if the willing to take a ride on the Semi Natural side hahah!!!
