Intensity is definitely up with training partner but I think sleep is the big thing. I'm taking peptides before bed, so it should be helping but elevated igf-1 levels will leave you sleepy and that's been my biggest gripe.
What are these peptides you speak of, I hear a lot of people talking about them but provide no details as to what they are and how you take them, orally? Injecting {which I would never do}?

From what I have seen, they are all injections

I stopped weighing myself regularly. Jumped on the scale last night before my workout and was 199 so probably mid 190 in the am.

Diet is basically fish and egg whites at the point w oats in the morning. Jasmine rice pre workout and karbolyn post workout (weak area days)

I'll update new layout 2maro as I'll be two weeks out.

Training volume has been cut way back. More of "advanced DC" workouts. Basically as follows.

Large muscle groups
3-4 sets
1-2 rest pause
1-2 straight sets

Smaller muscle groups
2-3 sets
1-2 rest pause
1-2 straight sets

Rep ranges for everything are in the 20-30 range

Ample warm up work, typically 20,18,13,8,4 then go hard on the format exercise then maybe 1-2 warm ups to get a feel for the next exercise then go ham.

All stretches are done after the workout and usually held for 90seconds

Well. Here are the changes....nothing lol. I'll post my diet at this point as its changed slightly. Woke up at 194.4 this morning

Meal 1
1.5 cup egg whites
1 cup GF oats

Meal 2
8oz tilapia
1/2 cup jasmine rice

Meal 3
7oz tilapia
2 cups cucumbers

Meal 4
7oz tilapia
1/2 cup jasmine rice

Post workout
1 scoop whey I so
50gr Karbolyn

Meal 6
7oz tilapia
2 cups cucumbers

Meal 7
1.5 cup egg whites

I'll typically have 7gr EAA before my workout w my pre and with my final meal

Honeslty, I've been lazy w these lately lol. Biggest reason is I get so hungry and they drop.my blood sugar and paired w the clen....not the best feeling.
ok, understood. I see a lot of people discussing this but never knew. A company named Titan Medical has been on FB talking about their services and I was trying to understand the route some people are taking or have gone.

woke up 193 on the dot this morning. Very depleted....as my good pal breezy11 says...."Flat not FAT"

today is a double cardio day. Got 40min done this morning. i was supposed to do 45min but a meeting ran a little long and i can just make it up this evening.

Last nights leg routine.

Smith Squats (5sec negatives)
5 sets 225x10

Cable Free Motion stiff deads
5 sets 150x12

Leg Extention
5 sets 90x30

Lying leg Curl
4 sets 90x12

60 sec stretch for both body parts
