2 weeks on The One

Today is officially 2 weeks on The ONE. I've gained about 8 pounds on the scale and some strength in the gym. I do notice that I get sore more
often the next day and I never used to get sore. Anyway, here is a
pic I took 2 weeks ago on the left and here's one today on the right.
The other pics I just snapped outside randomly, what ya think?

You look a little fuller through the chest and a small difference in your midsection. Keep it up!

Good Stuff..I did a cycle of The ONE and in the 3rd week my strength took off...set some PRs in most lifts.
