Day 22
Thanks for the support gents. Body is back to normal today, I'm going to slowly up calories again until Gut Health arrives later this week. I am now currently running 10mg PP (just getting rid of those extra couple of pills) and 30mg Epi. I think I'll continue to run 30mg Epi until in runs out so about 4 weeks. My Incarnate has also ran out, and will be substituted with USPs Super Cissus Rx to continue with joint support. Most important thing is Im back on track, and fired up to get some kick ass results in the month of cycle I have left.
Here is the new DC style program that I've put together, and by "I've put together" I mean stolen blatently from PumpingIron (Thanks PI). I've changed a few of the exercises to suit myself and my gym's limitations.
I'll update tonight with a weigh-in and my workout.
