I have a pretty busy life style with my job so I will update daily when possible and my routine for the next couple weeks will be 2on 1 off. That one off day will be at work gym so it will be more of a pump of active recovery day.
Btw I'm going to eat what I want when I want. Most of carbs coming as oats and rice . About 450-550 g
Protein from chicken eggs steak and whatever they serve at work and whey

Fats ----not even gunna lie I don't even count these. LOTS of peanut butter UNorganic some almond butter. Milk( poor mans protein)
