Sooo to tr3st or not to trest next cycle
Providing that you're not overly sensitive to estrogen sides and have access to a pharma quality AI, Trest/Dermatrest combo would make an excellent 2nd cycle:).

Understandable. If you can get Exemestane and have it with you then I wouldn't worry too much if you keep your doses moderate. 100 mg total Trestolone daily is pretty easy to manage with minimal AI use. 12.5-25 mg EOD is a pretty reliable protocol.

Not a lot of volume but each set was worked hard and fully exhausted the muscle. Duty tmm so off day then legs on Friday

My girl is going to the gym with me here and there and it destroys my workouts. Anyone else have this problem. I focus on her lifts more than mine . Great squat and Deadlift form but not consistent. I'm thinking of having her do 30 min cardo then some circuit training. Like leg lifts and farmers walks. Want to teach her the clean and press so she can have changed in body composition faster with more muscle. Soo hard

Day 45 another day off . Had a rough long day at work didn't drink much water and had about 5 energy drinks and hit my knees pretty bad. Hitting the hay early so I can be rested for legs tmm

Today I felt as strong as TOM Brady coming off a 4 game suspension
. Getting way more vascular when I work out but I still don't even look like I'm on anything. Just massive strength. Which is completely fine with me. I prefer strength over everything. It's more useful unless it's your pecker. Size over strength all day every day.
Back day tomorrow. No deadlifts. Going for lots of rows and China if I even get to gym. Boozing tonight and tomorrow for the super bowl

Day 48. Super bowl. Pretty hung over. Drinking Xtend to help me hydrate Not working out today. Going underway til Friday again. I don't know how many workouts I'll get it because I have a lot of quals to get in 5 days

Sup3r 1 at 440 week 3

Sup3r epi at 1250 at week 4
Sup3r 1 at 550
Im very disappointed from this cycle
No strength at all

The only thing i got was side effects

4 weeks is too short, positive effects are just about to start. Takes a few weeks to kick in. Also kinda high doses maybe. Bmac and I capped epi at 1000 and super 1 at 330 (added super 4 at 330 too tho)

Definately with the run. I have 3 more bottles of each of 1/4/epi. Going to save those for deployment. Might try and sneak a different cycle in. Not really sure what to run this time. Any thoughts? And 25/25/12/12. Keeping it low and simple

Nah, I got no thoughts. I'm trying to figure it out for myself. I might just hop on the trt train like all the other old guys

I did gain about 12lbs +\- 2
Some was fat and some muscle.

Strength-10/10
For an 8 week cycle that was very mild on the body I gained a lot of strength. More than 100 lbs on my total. Very very happy with the strength part.

Sides- 9/10
couple headaches here and there. Oily face towards end. Up/down libido. Pimply back. Shoulder ,knee and ankle all very sore due to increased weights on the bar Being so mild I honestly feel like you could run this for 10-14 weeks.

This cycle did not increase my appetite at all. I force fed homemade weight gainer every day and night, but was not trying to put on heaps of size during this.
I like to be the smaller person who just loads plate after plate on the bar and people are in shock.

I got my 400+ pound squat . 315 bench and 450+ deadlift. Couldn't be happier except the cycle is over. I think it's time to give my body a rest from the anabolics. Got clomid/ kingsblood, sustain alpha, mk, triumph to keep me going. Been excited to get to pct to run all these goodies and finally get back on preworkouts
