Going to throw up some reviews/thoughts on my supps I'll be taking during pct KINGSBLOOD, GHAR1NE, M-test, SUSTAIN ALPHA and my during cycle intra XTEND BLOOD ORANGE!


Any thoughts on how I'm going to run my post cycle which is as follows

week 1-4
CLOMID-25/25/12.5/12.5
KINGSBLOOD-normal dose
GHAR1NE-10 mg/day
SUPER PCT- 1/2 dose

Weeks 5-8
KINGSBLOOD-normal dose
GHAR1NE-20mg/day
SUPER PCT- 1/2 dose

Weeks 9-12
M-TEST- normal dose
GHAR1NE-30mg/day
SUSTAIN ALPHA- normal dose

I have a really fudged up sex drive from stupid cycles in high school WITHOUT pct and surgery on my varicose veins around my left nut last year so hoping I can get the ball bag working again after this .

UPPED UPI DOSE TO 750!!

Focused on pulling rhomboidal and traps together and down.

Preacher strait bar curls-

always keep it light unless it's arms. Honestly not worth tearing a bicep.

Db preacher curls single arm
20lb til failure then switch arms back and forth Did his for about 4 min then left gym



THOUGHTS:
Upped my epi to 750. Didn't notice a change because I had 2 hours of sleep last night at work and crap meals. But I still pulled a PR and did it 3 times!!!Been working for that for a while. Body is looking way more FULL and definately more VASCULAR! "Dead @$$" (as newyorkers say). Dead lifts are honestly killing my workout. I have little energy left after them. Thinking I may do my back workout first then do lockouts at end.

Not to happy with this workout. Not going to weigh myself for a couple days.

Have work 24 hours tmm so I'm not sure what I'm going to workout tmm. Limited gym there. Might do some light arms. some pull-ups and dips an traps.
Leg day Saturday. Stand by for a huge leg day

I did mine before u lol just posted late. 80s were heavy. Grounded out the lasts 2. Def getting 10 next time tho. Count on that
Blast's adjustable bench was wobbling all over the place during my set

Day 11 BICEP DESTRUCTION

working out on the boat today. Don't have a choice so I kept it simple and hit the basics

10 sets of concentration curls
25x10
25x10
25x10
25x10
20x10
20x10
20x10
20x10
20x10
15x20
(Arms are flubber that this point. Basically like my C@CK)

Incline curls
-stretching a pumped muscle
20x10(5sets)

CABLE ROPE CURLS w/ 3 second pause at top
50lb x 15 (5sets)

25lb plate curl tri-set
3 sets*****
(**Hold plate at top then do 10 reverse curls..move hands to side of plate then do 10 curls...move hands almost completely under plate and rep out)

Great pump today. I can tell I'm gaining weight because I am losing my definition but that's fine with me. Overall goal is to add more mass and a hell of a lot of strength. I DONT CARE ABOUT FAT GAIN.!!! Road to 200!
Haven't gotten that feeling that you get when you know your on something and your invincible! Hopefully next week

So when my 8 weeks is up I'll still have 2 weeks left of epi if I want to run it @ 1000 mg. can I go that if weeks 1-8 are 1/4/epi at 750 and then at week 9-10 just run epi at 1000mg then do pct??

Yes, you could do that. IMO I'd increase the Epi dose to 1000 mg now to see if you can tolerate it. Better off using everything you have and ending the cycle at 8 weeks. 2 more weeks of suppression isn't worth it for just Epi solo, imo. You will likely have made all your gains already by that point.

I'd try bumping it up before then. I know several guys ramp it up to 1000 and hold it there. I'm gonna bump it up to 1000 probably at week 5 and see how it feels.

I'm gunna do the math on what I have left and see where I'd bump to 1000mg. Would like to time everything to end at once perfectly without opening up new bottles

If I go up to 1000 right now I'll still have a couple days left over. I was thinking it was going to dry me out for a few days and help solidify my gains

Are experiencing any sign of adverse effects? Are you taking any PWO? thats a sick forearm pump bro. lmao I wonder if it gives the same down there. I was reading on this forum, some people reported their dick shrinking on this cycle. Is this true ? lol are you experiencing any of that **** yet? or is it the opposite? No side effects as of now. Just back pumps but the taurine takes care of that. And my dick is still the same ahah

Quads are still sore and tight from Saturday. Must have been the hack squat. No nightmare last night which is good
