I do chest on Sundays and shoulders on Wednesday.
My schedule looks like this:
Friday - back
Saturday - legs
Sunday - chest
Monday - off
Tuesday - arms
Wednesday - shoulders
Thursday - off

Calves, abs, and cardio get worked in during the week.

It doesn't sound good to me, but if it works for you, then yeah! I know I'd be splitting that up and not having a dedicated arm day.

My normal routine is

Mon - Legs
Tues - Shoulders
Wed - Rest / Cardio
Thurs - Arms
Fri - Chest
Sat - Back
Sun - Rest / Cardio

Im trying to condense it this week as my gf is back on friday and wont be gyming fri-sun

Only reason its like this is my gym partner can't make Thursday, but wants to hit chest/shoulders/back with me. If my gf wants to gym on saturday (i know she wants to sauna and swim) , ill make up for a poor leg session yesterday

That's tough, haha. I'd hate to have structure gym workouts around partners.

Yeah its not ideal but I'm messing him around by not going Fri/Sat so it evens out. He's off to thialand at the end of the month so we've both got a lot on our plate.

Is anyone taking a week break like Touey from Follidrone? I dont want to stop taking it, but if its beneficial to have a deload week / time off follidrone then I guess I can pause it for a week kisaj TheMovement

I always automatically deload on Week 4 because I primarily do strength training, but also, with Follidrone I was adding lots of volume to the already high intensity training. I think it's a good preventative measure so you can work to your fullest and not be injured. Although the deload is an active deload (same exercises at half intensity or half volume)

Cool, think after this week I'll have a deload week next week, probably just do 70% of my normal weights without folli!

I active deload every 5th week and do a full week off between routines. Folli didn't change any of this for me as it has always been my protocol.

Just to let you homies know I've started having 2 scoops a day of Toco-8 , for the skin and hair benefits, taste is kind of weird, but will get used too it I imagine

I actually train Shoulders 48hrs after chest, it hasn't seemed to hinder me yet, but any sooner and it definitely does. When I have put them together in a split I either cut down on total volume or train one heavier and the other for reps.

I actually took a week off Folli and I must say I do believe it helped tremendously. PRs every day this week and Im not kidding.

I just finished my second run this weekend and hit a PR this morning. Got a 285 x 2 incline BB. I felt like I could have had 3, but felt my lower back tighten up and didn't want to tweak it and ruin my week over one extra rep.

Have to say that now I've tried all 3 flavours of PES select.....

the winner is for me is Cookies and Cream. but snickerdoodle is pretty damn awesome, and you cant really go wrong with Milk chocolate.

Ive got a 4lb tub of Trutein cinnamon swirl aswell, so I'll just be rotating the 4 on a daily basis over the next couple of months

Thinking of adding OL Dermastrength to my stack. Doesn't look like it has any influence on libido, and strength gains always attribute to a better physique etc, what say you kisaj (im not so much asking your opinion on Dermastrength as I know you cant comment on a *****ing companies product, more what do you think of Laxogenin 5-Hydroxy)

Josh, just a question, if you keep mixing in supplements with Follidrone how will you determine which one yielded results? Personally I'd recommend sticking to one supplement at a a time (except PWO) and assess results.

I already know follidrone works leaps and bounds my friend :). but stacking supplements is how you get better results quicker right? I already know after a month what to expect from follidrone, surely adding something into the mix I can definitely assess added benefits. If i feel the same as I do when taking follidrone when adding another supplement, and no added desire, I can take it out of the stack?

Follidrone has been amazing for volume aspects, but I haven't gained that much strength apart from on my deadlifts. If I can have added strength AND volume, physically I can imagine I would look much better much quicker. Because really, if I'm honest, I'm all about physical appearance, thats my goal. Being strong is awesome and being able to say you can bench 2xBW is definitely sick, but to me, looking how I want to look in the mirror is what I'm really after

I'm not a big fan of Snickerdoodle, but it is perfect with oats. That's my morning breakfast, every morning.

Ahhhh, I dont mean to say its not awesome. i LOVE follidrone! Im just finishing off week 4. But before folli I was kind of at the max of all my lifts, and its quite hard for me to push past these plateus, follidrone is definitely making me look much much better though. Going to try a 330 deadlift today, if I pull it, thats a 66lbs increase in a month ;)

This sounds like a great idea! I have a big bag of instant oats from myprotein, and its definitely cheaper than buying porridge everyday. How much g of oats are you having a morning, 80g?

I can't speak from a personal experience as I have never tried it myself, and anything else I would say would come across as commenting on OL's product in one way or the other. Only one way to find out for yourself.

In lieu of that, I'd ask how many positive reviews you have seen from people that have tried it and also read up on the studies.

I measure out half a cup of dry oats, 1 cup of water. Heat, cool for 5 minutes and then mix in 1/2-1 full scoop. I do that for lunch too so I'm taking in good fiber and low glycemic carbs.

I think after my deload week, I'm going to to try adding 1 pump of formeron a day back into the mix just to see how I get on which means I'll pass on Dermastrength as I already have 2 bottles of formeron

Have my 65g of instant oats, 1 scoop snickerdoodle and 500ml half fat milk with a scoop of creatine, much more convenient than having a huge bowl of porridge!

Small little arms session yesterday. Was fun, had to train solo as my gym partner was busy. Thats it for me until monday, going to do a deload week, then come back like a menace for the last 8 weeks.

Im seriously thinking for 8 weeks of stacking Follidrone/ABE/Xgels. I already have the supps, minus the ABE, so the run wouldnt be expensive, only another $140. Will be a painful 8 weeks but I think it would be worth the pain. What do you guys think.

A lot of people have been running Xgels with folli and are saying the results are insane. I will be keeping folli a staple in my workouts from now on. 4 weeks on 1 week off, I have no reason to see why it needs to be cycled any differently than that.

So with that in place, and viewing folli on the same level as a PWO, I can now add things to it and see the synergistic blends :)

I was supposed to be eating clean today as gf was back.

Get into work. Work announces bacon baguettes for everyone. I order a bacon baguette..... 2minutes later someone orders bacon and egg. Somehow after 5minutes my baguette has now gone from bacon to bacon, egg, sausage and cheese.

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT HAPPENED

Looking forward to this deload week. Im going to crank up the volume on most things, and have a lot of low weight high rep intensity workouts, although I plan on most of them being fairly short, 45mins-1hour.

Think my body will definitely appreciate the rest. With follidrone you dont really realise how much your body is crying out for a rest but like Touey said, your body isnt a machine, you need to deload/take time off the gym to grow

We made some more chocolate brownies, but with PES select milk chocolate last night, so damn good. No more treats apparently now, girlfriend said the weekend of eating like fattys is over :( haha

Considering upping my Viron to 2 caps a day, one upon waking and one pre workout, and adding in 1 pump of formeron a day incase estro rises, sound good kisaj ?

Havent noticed anything else from viron, little libido boost but not much. Apparently 2 caps a day is pretty sexy, definitely going to try it out

I would think test boosters would be more useful at 30+. So you haven't really noticed much off of it other than libido...eh. Oh well :D

It targets free test anyway, which I would imagine would be beneficial at any age past 18? Theres no harm in it anyway which is a good thing. Also the 'feel' you get is very beneficial. Going to up dosage to 2 caps a day next monday

Haha well I try to spend my money on stuff that's usually non-hormonal cause that stuff doesn't seem to do anything for me. (I'm 24)

Got lots of bills to pay so spending money on stuff that isn't effective isn't in the cards for me.

I dont go out drinking etc anymore. So what I would spend on nights out, alcohol etc, I spend on supps/good food/girlfriend. Its a much better lifestyle :)

Also, just because I dont feel Viron, doesnt mean it isn't working. Pretty sure in all the people that ran blood, Viron increased their free test substantially

Agreed. I stopped drinking/partying excessively and now the money goes to supps instead haha. Still not a huge budget since I live on my own, blah blah.

brownies sound good man. you make anything good with the snickerdoodle flavor? just asking cause I got two more tubs of just that flavor

Agreed. Excess money goes to supps, savings and girlfriend. Probably in that order;) haha
