Always room mate, welcome.

So, even though I trained well at the weekend, my diet was absolutely awful, barely ate any food due to drinking all day / being hungover the next day. No point training my nuts off only to let myself down with diet.

Really need to sort it out

Won't be drinking for 3 weeks, plus. Girlfriend left for sailing round the Mediterranean yesterday for 3 weeks (sad face), so just going to focus on work, eating and training well, so she can have a nice present when she's back ;), haha

Formeron was pretty strong, probably too strong for natty lifters like myself, so will just take 1 pump every other day to stop the increase in e2 from Viron

Volume could be better for leg day, but I seem to not push myself harder on leg day for some reason. Its the only day I dont enjoy doing so much, more of a chore. Think its because of pretty poor flexibility on my behalf, everything feels kind of uncomfortable, but gotta try fix that.

Nice session for early in the morning to be honest, just never seem to have long enough before work to put in the volume my body is craving. My weights definitely aren't anywhere near as high as they used to be, but nearly everything I do, I do 4 seconds on the negative of the movement, usually a hold at the bottom, to really control the weight and keep the tension on the muscle. Its not as satisfying as shifting big weight but definitely hurts more

Think I'll let the gf keep alphamine all to herself, its just not worth adding in things to my supp stack that can have negative effects on my body, will just up my cardio daily instead

Mainly to do with libido. Holiday was full of sex daily etc, came back from holiday, too keen for gym I guess, took the supps and a couple of them completely ruined my libido. So now going to have to take 2 weeks or so of no supps to restore my estrogen levels back to normal (I'm 99% sure this is what the issue is).

I took a DAA test booster, wont name what company it is, but it was the main reason my libido is dead.

But its fine, my gf is away for 3 weeks, ill sort my body out in this time period so I can be healthier on a day to day basis.

Oh, and I'm still going to take 4000mg-8000mg of Goji berries on a daily basis, Superfood and all :)

These leg doms are absolutely brutal! To say I dont do mad volume on my legs, I feel very sorry for you guys.

Going to force myself to do cardio after work and break through the pain. No weights today :)

Doms are still far too bad to do cardio, walking itself is barely tolerable.

I think I'll make sure I do cardio Mon/Thurs/Fri/Sat - As Tues/Wed just isn't going to happen, hobbling like a prison b1tch, haha

Cheers man, just wish I had more time to work out. Follidrone just gives me an unspeakable amount of motivation and determination to keep on going for hours. I've changed my workout around so I can do chest on friday afternoon and back day on Saturdays so I have no time limits on either of those days. Want to get the most out of follidrone!

Can say hands down, from all the money I've wasted on supplements in the last 2 years, follidrone is without a doubt the best natty anabolic supplement. Its so good I still haven't told my friends I'm on it as its my baby, haha.

Will be posting progress pictures every 4 weeks. Definitely not going to look as cut/big as I wanted too as I dropped the mass 550 and formeron for the mean time but, I can honestly say with Multi Vits and Follidrone, Protein and creatine, I dont need much else :)

Designed myself a supplement plan for the next 12 months (ish). Want to do a 12 week run of follidrone then try ArA, been hearing a lot of hype about it, and can do a comparison to Follidrone without any bias input :)

My normal diet in the week is as follows wondering if you guys can give some insight on if I need to change it

Wake up - 2 follidrone
Post workout - 1 scoop Trutein
Breakfast - 2 sachets porridge, 3 Optimen, 1 Viron, 2 Goji Berry Caps, 1 pack of Animal Flex
11am-12pm - snack on cashews
1pm - Egg Salad and Slice of southern fried chicken breast, or chicken/salad wrap with slice of southern fried chicken breast
3pm - 1 scoop Trutein, 2 goji Berrys, 1 scoop Creatine Mono
6.30pm - Chicken, Avacado, Tomatoes, Spinach, Potatoes or some sort of Carb
9pm - Smoothie with 1 scoop Trutein, Berrys and blackberries, Low fat Greek Yoghurt
10.30pm 3 ZMA, sleep

Obviously my goal is to weight gain, but I would like it to be clean weight

630-post workout- 1-1.5 scoops protein depending on workout (maybe 2 on leg day) + 1/2 - 1 scoop carbo gain. I feel like having the carb powder post workout has helped me a lot.
730-breakfast-2 eggs + 1 cup oatmeal
900-930-1 scoop protein blend (something with casein & whey) + banana
1100-lunch
200-230- afternoon snack-varies
530-dinner-varies
830-1 scoop casein if needed depending on daily macros, this has only been 1-2 times a week on average

I think both of these could be argued. I like the dextrose post but I'm sure a lot like oats. Also, I like pure casein if I'm using it pre sleep since I'm not really looking for a fast digesting protein at that time. But there also, trutein is a good blend and should be good.

I have 5kg of instant oats from myprotein at home, so may aswell use them before getting dextrose.

I have my blend with my smoothie at night time about 2 hours before bed, which works for me =)

Second, I think that you would benefit from taking the carbs post workout. Third, I have always rolled my eyes at the debate over whey, casein, blend, etc because I used to follow all the latest "studies" and almost everyone I trained with did as well, and it honestly never made any difference. We'd get our main source from food and the shakes were just fillers to add calories or protein. In the end, if there was a miniscule difference, no one noticed it.

aahh... on your log it showed a 12 month cycle. I was just wondering if one didn't need to cycle off them. Folli & ArA are great supps. I have tried both as stand alone and I love both in a different way LOL

Hi Guys,

Little bit about myself. I've always been the ridiculously skinny kid which found/finds it impossible to put on weight easily. When I stopped growing I was 6ft 1 tall and 140lbs. Ive gymed here and there from 18-23 but never much, was always still skinny.

Summer of 2012 I decided to start gyming properly, although neglected working legs because I'm a tool. Finally in January 2014 I went to a compound heavy routine and started squatting and deadlifting, and have been loving the gym ever since.

Ive gone from 60kg to 77kg and kept my body fat around the same, progress photos below

My Current Weight is 75kg as I havent gymed in 2 weeks due to back problems and going on holiday today so wont be gyming for another week. But will be starting my log on the 26th :).

My Current 5x5 lifts

Deadlift 310 1 x 5
Squats 175 5 x 5
Bench 205 5x5

1RM

Deadlift 330
Squat 220
Bench 235

Yeah, I'm one of those awful people that can bench more than they can squat. From Jan - May I was squatting 3 x a week so I'm trying to change that!

With this log, Which will start off as a 12 week cycle, Im looking to increase my weight to around 80-82kg, get my deadlift to 400, squat to 300 and bench to 265. May be optmistic but it will give me motivation to push forward.

Supplements will be:

PES select protein
Chaos & Pain PermaSwole (can't have stimulants so will have to go with a non stim pre workout)
BLR Follidrone
BLR Formeron
FinaFlex Mass 550
BLR Prolactrone (if needed)
ON Optimen (Will dose this as far away from Prolactrone as possible)
PNI EAA's (might change to Purple wraath or PES version - offer advise please)

Will probably stop Mass 550 after 12 weeks and try BLR Viron as heard great things about it.

Routine will be a 5 day split

Shoulders Tuesday
Rest Wed
Back Thurs
Chest Fri
Arms Sat
Rest Sun

Will probably squat on a Saturday aswell so I am squatting twice a week, as I really want my legs to grow, which they have been slowly but surely.

Compared to all you guys I know im tiny, but I'm not logging this to look like a monster, just a hardgainer that wants to be strong and look aesthetically pleasing :).
I must have missed this. I am differently in to follow your run. Great log thus far! Keep killing it!

Welcome! I've dropped most of the stack haha, but definitely sticking with follidrone and viron until the 12 week period is over, follidrone is the bees knees!

Might try the 4 on 3 off instead, seems better logically, thanks! I had it as the 1/1/0/1/1/1/0 as they were my 2 days off the gym but I guess viron kind of accumulates rather than provides something immediately on the day

Ive been taking the boron portion of viron every day for about a year now. I can tell when i stop.
Strength dips
Libido dips
Might be that shbg spikes afterward. I dont know.
Easy fix is just dont stop lol.

Same with test.....pct and training withoutnit always sucked so....i just never stop.

I love boron. Brundel was one of the only other people I knew that took it and it was at that moment I knew I had to represent for him. haha
Its funnt back in the day boron was a hot item. It just sort of fell out of fashion. I started looking at it when researching ways to increase dht and free test. Id tske 20mg with 10g creatine daily and it was amazing. Certainly stronger.

It appears that lower doses of (-)-epi are poorly absorbed and that more, up to a point helps absorption. For some reason it also seems like above a point increasing dose becomes futile.
This is also evident when people increase Fd dose not much more happens if nothing more.

I think I have figured out how to increase absorptio enough that (-)- epi becomes a whole new beast.

Early trials have been.....interesting ;)
