Hit the Gym on a empty stomach as usual.
Mind you I didn't sleep much. My daughter constantly got up at night with a slight fever and I still got up early and killed the gym.
Today was shoulders and biceps.
Endurance is insane with this. I've never felt so energized and eager to hit the next set. I catch my breath easily.
Strength is not necessarily higher but rep range on my usual set is higher with the same weight.
All my workout consist of supersets now due to the endurance this is giving me. I have to take full advantage of it.
Loving this very much. Today i got the best effects thus far.

On a lighter note, are you taking Folli right before you work out or do you take it like for example, 20-30 minutes prior. Curious because today is my triceps/chest day and I am deciding if I should take my dose before I leave work or should I wait until I get home. However, it may be the case where it doesn't matter but I just wanted to ask the question anyway. Thanks.

Their are a few apps and websites that help you determine what your 1RM should be. It goes by the rep range your currently on.What % of 1RM are you using when determining to work in the range that you are? I find it interesting that you and the other loggers are working in much higher volume sets.

Yea folli is def giving much more endurance in the rep range. Which is sort of strength gains in a sense.
As a matter fact ima do chest tomm and I will test out the calculation and see if I can exceed the 1RM. I don't like doing 1 rep to see my strength though. I never really do that. I like to test my strength on weight and rep range. If I do 225x 10 and next week 12x that's what I push for, than I'll raise up the weight a bit and continue to do so. I switch it up as well and go in the 8 rep range but why do that if this is giving me that crazy endurance to push more reps at the same weight.

I like PHAT and work it in twice a year, but my last routine helped me the most with a balance of strength and mass. I hit 3 PRs with it. It is essentially a modified pyramid that doesn't go to failure or 1RM and keeps the volume on the back end. I gave it plenty of chances. Used 4 bottles and nada. Never again. Lol. Recompadrol and burn 24 my top two along side NaRALAWasn't impressed with glycophase myself..
