Day One:
I would say that the flavor has improved dramatically. It mixed very well and had a crisp refreshing taste, which is saying a lot because I absolutely hate raspberry. I enjoyed over ice on my drive from work. 1 scoop didn't give me that face numbing stim feeling I was expecting but I did have a nice sustained energy throughout my workout. Vascularity was up and I threw in a small arm day just to see where I was.

I was pretty pleased on where most of my numbers where since I haven't lifted in a few weeks. I tried to keep it simple and avoid any painful movements. I had a great pump and energy was very consistent.
