Nice! I agree, 1.5 too 2.0 scoops is awesome. What I notice from a lot of stim pre workouts is not a lot of focus, but it realy shows how good this product is because the added effects of stim, and the focus imo is one of the best I've tried and I think the agmatine, and arginine ing will be noticed after a few rounds of this product.Day 2:

Great consistent energy today. I think the 1.5-2 scoop dose is going to do me well. Yesterday it took me a while to get to bed. So I'm going to switch it up and go when I wake up instead of after work.
Haha, yeah I'm a big guy! If I don't do at least an hour of cardio 5 days a week I gain weight no matter my diet. With a clean diet I drop some but slowly. Currently at 277 and I'm 6'4. MRI is Monday morning so I thought I'd try and get some lifts in this week. I ended the session early and I'm going to spend the day with my family. Tomorrow will be cardio and core (hurray)....

Incline DB: 70x12 75x12 80x6
Chest Press: 210x14 230x10 250x10
Pec Deck: 210x10 230x8 250x6
Flat Bench: Warmed up then on first set of working weight I decided to call it a day.
I think I'm going to wait this one out. Really struggling on the side of injury with all movements for chest. I will know by Wednesday for sure what is going on and from there be able to have a game plan. Even with such a minor workout I've got a great pump and I might just have to sip on another serving later today to stay up.

Ah the good ol AC I've been dealing with an AC seperation for about the last 10 years. No fun. Mines not near as bad anymore but still flares up every once in a while.
