65 Minutes Elliptical
961 Calories

Great consistent energy today. I think the 1.5-2 scoop dose is going to do me well. Yesterday it took me a while to get to bed. So I'm going to switch it up and go when I wake up instead of after work.

Nice! I agree, 1.5 too 2.0 scoops is awesome. What I notice from a lot of stim pre workouts is not a lot of focus, but it realy shows how good this product is because the added effects of stim, and the focus imo is one of the best I've tried and I think the agmatine, and arginine ing will be noticed after a few rounds of this product.

Good job and damn that's a lot of elliptical haha I havnt done cardio in over a year :) Your a Big Guy too aren't ya?

Haha, yeah I'm a big guy! If I don't do at least an hour of cardio 5 days a week I gain weight no matter my diet. With a clean diet I drop some but slowly. Currently at 277 and I'm 6'4. I wish I could say that was all lean mass. But as long as I hold or gain strength and drop weight on the scale I'm pleased.

Its just different seeing the opposite spectrum. Most people are trying to pack on mass. I'm trying to get rid of it while gaining at the same time. Its been a successful year but it will take a few more to get there.

Alright so I learned today that basically the only thing that hurts to do is chest. Obviously I haven't attempted shoulders. MRI is Monday morning so I thought I'd try and get some lifts in this week. I ended the session early and I'm going to spend the day with my family. Tomorrow will be cardio and core (hurray)....

Attempted Chest:

Incline DB: 70x12 75x12 80x6

Chest Press: 210x14 230x10 250x10

Pec Deck: 210x10 230x8 250x6

Flat Bench: Warmed up then on first set of working weight I decided to call it a day.

I think I'm going to wait this one out. Really struggling on the side of injury with all movements for chest. I will know by Wednesday for sure what is going on and from there be able to have a game plan. Even with such a minor workout I've got a great pump and I might just have to sip on another serving later today to stay up.

Probably smart to wait it out and see what happens with the MRI! Still put up good numbers anyway though bro.

Better to lay off until a definitive reason for the pain is found. Hopefully it will be a simple fix and you are back in the mix soon. Crush what doesn't hurt though!!

Well we know the AC joint is separated. Just need to check the muscles. Gonna do what I can! Thanks for the hookers!

Ah the good ol AC I've been dealing with an AC seperation for about the last 10 years. No fun. Mines not near as bad anymore but still flares up every once in a while. Get it taken care of trust me I never did and it was stupid.
