For a standard 5-week cycle, how many bottles of Alpha Mass and Alpha Bulk would I need if I wanted to stack both? Also, how many caps would this translate to taking per day?
Hypothetically speaking, if I could only afford the recommended supply of one of the above products, which one would you guys recommend if my goal is to gain mass? Someone on another forum said that running Alpha Bulk alone probably wouldn't confer much more than a feeling of well-being/mitigated lethargy but not really much in the way of gains; would you say that's the case? If so, would Alpha Mass therefore be the product to run for my goal?
