UPDATE:

Well I only trained twice this past week, and I am going to try to get one last session in early tomorrow on Monday since my flight leaves EARLY on Tuesday for Las Vegas! :)

The detail and constant updates and feedback will follow after the Mr. Olympia vacation when my PCT kicks in... but I can say this cycle is ending with a BIG exclamation point, as the M1T has been giving me muscle fullness I can barely describe with words.
Nice.. Looking forward to the updates man.

We're just getting started! My cycle is coming to an end, so I'll be diving into PCT and then a short bridge, and as Jay Z would say "On to the next one!"

My planned 2010-2011 Schedule is listed above outlining my contest plans and cycle details.

GREAT VACATION! :)

Now, some things I love... Food, Buffets, lots of desserts, and having a 24 hour Fuddruckers in my hotel, along with a Baskin Robbins, and a breakfast buffet that rivals the senses and the imagination! :)

Something else I love... getting pulled over in LA on Hollywood Blvd Blvd a motorcycle cop, and given a warning :)

The grand daddy of my loving wonderment has to be claimed by the victorious re-emergence as champion by Jay Cutler this past Saturday night!

Now - mix in clear skies, relaxing like it's my job while being 3,000 miles away from my job and STILL being paid, and a good serving of mass amounts of free supplements and one of the World's Largest Arcades I had a frenzy at - and you've got an idea of why I anticipate my annual trek to Nevada with such fervor!

If I am lying, I am dying... but let me tell you I LITERALLY ate until I could not eat another morsel, FOR 9 DAYS AND NIGHTS, and then once the food digested, DID IT AGAIN without restraint or conscience - and I only put on MAYBE four pounds after all of that macro-nutrient may-lay and NO training on top of that.

Clen 200mcg/day
T3 200mcg/day
Keto 3mg/day
N2S @ 2 caps before breakfast buffet ;)

All split into 2 AM/PM dosages... wow.

T3 at that dose will do that. It puts your BMR at a 20% increase. It sounds juicy, I'm jealous. I'll be heading out there next year for sure.

Ah yes, it was absolutely delicious :) Nothing like splurging at every last opportunity for over a week in Vegas and not gaining AN OUNCE! Luckily, I was also on some big time heavy hitters in the anabolic arena, so I didn't metabolize muscle tissue with the high dosages.

PPS: Don't be jealous... just hop on some T3! Levels self regulate back to baseline after four-six weeks upon cessation without any supplemental encouragement by the user, and MUCH faster if making proactive strides to bring TSH back up.

Thanks a lot... I was absent on vacation for a short while, and I never really get into the specific dynamics of my weight training, but I always offer feedback on nutrition, supplementation, and always have the wheels turning.

You can see my 'schedule of events' listed earlier in this journal, as I am on PCT right now, and will squeeze in one more off-season cycle before another round of PCT and will then embark on yet another contest prep season leading up to Fall of 2011!

I don't know what is it about you that I just got to try everything you recommend. Its like a drug, addicting!
I am a heavily and formally trained salesmen with years of experience, which is streamlined and concentrated into a focused fury because of my years deeply involved in the bodybuilding industry and culture. Everything feeds off of and amplifies each other as a perfect synergy and is even further electrified when I find a product/company I truly support and believe in, e.g. Need to Build Muscle.

Thanks for your constant kind words of encouragement - I make no commission or incentive off of my fervent and ongoing promotion of Need to Build Muscle beyond a monthly supplement compensatory shipment; and if I was never contracted by NTBM I would still hold identical sentiments regarding Need 2 Slin and certainly their other products which I JUST began experimenting with two days ago!

Well I thought I'd follow up the above bromance with an actual weekly update to keep this log chuggin' along :)

Last night was my first time in the gym in THREE weeks... an extreme rarity that has only occurred a staggeringly small amount of times during the preceding decade. Vacation compounded with my new position at work and even further made problematic due to several commitments all seemed to compile and conjoin in a strategic way to keep me from attaining any semblance of a regular training program.

Getting back into the fray last night, I decided to set the ball rolling with arms - and today for what is the first time I can recall in my life, I am completely unable to extend my arms. My tendons are so overtaxed and exhausted if I attempt to extend my arms past an elbow bend of 90 degrees, it is a deep sharp and eye opening pain... so I have been forced to walk around like the golden droid from Star Wars all day.

On a high note... my NTBM representative package arrived in the mail, and was immediately put to good use by tossing a few of this and that down the gullet. I am attaching a picture of what will round out and complete my current PCT plans.

Hope everyone has been doing well... I can post a Recomp beginning picture if anyone is interested in seeing what I look like at a SLOPPY 240 pounds, seemingly having gone without a single ray of sunlight in years. ;)

I enjoy RCD but I looked in my final remaining bottle this morning prior to breakfast and only saw what amounted to perhaps 12 caps. A sad sight to behold; but my tears were quickly wiped away when I realized I have an ample amount of N2S ready and willing to push, shove, and kick glycogen into the muscle fibers while starving those stingy lazy fat cells.

To address your question - yes, I do like RCD, and I also hear rumblings that he is going to update and improve the current formula for a version 2.0 at some point in the future. I still stay in contact with him when I have a moment. For now, I can't imagine spending money on anything else when I believe the synergy between N2S and bulk HCA will trump ANYTHING ever conceived or produced in the supplement world.

I was very pleased, especially with the Saturday evening show where Jay did some recalculating and one very unorthodox but ultimately needed change in his final preparations to improve. The show itself was packed with enough surprises and great physiques that the hundreds of dollars spent on tickets didn't leave me feeling take advantage of - just fondled a little bit; but by a really good looking woman.

I am going to post my beginning Recomp picture for all you inquiring minds out there today - so stay tuned for that .JPEG awesomeness - haha!

Well as another day begins to swallow the sun and replace it with a shadowed moon clearly visible through the clean and light cloudless fall air, I am relieved that 95% of my symptoms of high blood pressure brought on slightly over a week ago upon my cessation of M1T and Clenbuterol have subsided.

The headaches that would surface and stay for entire days, the disconnected feeling and desire to lay down and nap constantly, and the lack of motivation to do anything that required more of an expenditure of energy beyond changing channels has all melted away as I am now in full swing (pun intended) of PCT led by the fearless encapsulated leader HCGenerate.

Surprised as I am in light of my absence from the gym (one of the longest stints during my entire lifting career), and my increased frequency of cheat meals - I am still feeling extremely strong and able to get an amazing pulsing pump while in the gym; not to mention my libido seems unchanged and my waist line hasn't expanded into elastic jeans territory.

Below you'll find a picture of my beginning Recomp for this summer... I believe I was nearly 240, and of course far from contest ready - yet there is much to be said for carrying around extra weight and muscle, as my overall energy levels and strength in the gym was unmatched. Throughout my cycle I undoubtedly put on what I like to label 'an amount of note' where muscle mass in concerned; which so far seems to be staying around for the post-cycle ride.

In the picture I am certain my arms have not exceeded 19 inches yet, but during the cycle and especially on arms day, I sincerely believe I was able to achieve the 20 inch mark (which doesn't count if you're attempting to flex fat, and not rock hard engorged muscle tissue).

PS: Obviously I'm not shaved and have been practicing my best Edward impersonation from Twilight as a Vampire - but my musculature is full and pronounced for this amount of body-fat, and my legs always remain a very strong point of my physique which is a mixture of insanely hard work and genetics.

That picture was before the cycle began, so some evident changes have been made - oh and also I believe I was showcasing my chest for entrance into the Sasquatch of America Fan Club. Either that, or I was prepping for my first audition for Twilight 4, and I didn't want to have to wear any white-powder makeup. :sorry:
