~LG33~ Brings out the Outlaw Stack!!

Age - 33 LG33 baby!
Weight - 189
BF%- Who the hell knows
Diet- Will keep it clean through out
Training:
Monday - Chest/Tri's/Ab's
Tuesday - Back/Bi's
Wensday - Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Thursday - Legs/ What ever comes to mind
Friday - Little chest/Bi work outs/ab's " An all around fun gym day"
Saturday - Shopping with the Wife
Sunday - Drinking Coffee then Shopping with the wife:lol:
Cardio - With the push from these Sup's I shouldnt have any problem! I'll be starting off at 3 times a week and go from there
Its time to get serious, and lean and mean.. This log will go for 8 weeks and will include numerous products with in that time. I'll be starting out at the low side for most supplements and ramp up as I feel the need, I really need to push myself, so why not log the goods! and watch the beast Grow!
Supplements:
M1D - 2/2 split
Liquid Masterdrol - 8ml daily
I-GH-1 - 4 pre bed
Anadraulic State - 1 scoop 1 hour pre work out
Perfect Carb 45g, with 3 caps Slin, and 15g BC+EAA's Intra work out "Props to Irish "The Bomb" Cannon
May do a low dose of Relora through out for the mood benifit
Goals:
- lean lean Muscle!!
- Increase one rep max on flat bench to 285 or higher, right now Im at 260, "please no Jokes"
- Last but not least, Have fun:thumbsup:
