Mass/Strength Stack tips with what i currently have.
i am 22 yrs old, ive been in the gym for about 8 months with great results. I started getting shoulder pain and was told to stop for a months so i did. lost my results due to crappy diet and very little exercise. this is my first week back in three months and im getting ready to do a cycle in about 3 weeks once my body gets used to it all again. Ive got a bunch of stuff that i want to take advantage of, and im not very knowledgeable when it comes to PH's so any tips or advice would be great. And id like to get a decent PH stack, and post cycle stack to keep my gains. Thanks
