No Nolva for PCT, so what then?

If one were running a 4 week cycle of PP at 10/20/30/30 and were going to rely only on OTC available supplements, such as the ones that AX, DS, and/or others offer, what would you recommend and how would your PCT look like? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much!
