Nolvadex pct dosage suggestions

Ok it’s probably been asked over before but looking for experience instead of internet info, my first test c cycle of 400 mg per week divided into 2 separate pins, Tuesday’s and fridays for 12 weeks coming up, got my nolvadex and armadex today, I now realized I’ve got 30 tablets of nolvadex at 20 mg per tablet, my research has been pretty conflicting, on 20 mg a day for 30 days and others say 40 mg a day for 2 weeks then 20 mg a day for 2 more weeks, any insight would be great on a pct schedule with what meds I got or if I should order some more nolvadex , thanks

This is an interesting topic. Many people do 40/40/20/20, but in r/steroids wiki it says just 10 mg ED for 6 weeks: Invalid Link Removed

According to several studies, that low dose is enough.
